As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

The mall parking lot that you have to drive through to get to the Taco Bell is a disaster, some of the world's biggest potholes can bee found here, so bring the kids and enjoy the sights of the world's worst potholes.“

Though I feel Wendys leadership should consider inputing holds on online orders because it puts an unnecessary amount of pressure on the hard working staff, especially during rush hours and hurts the customer experience for those in store.“
