“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“I traveled from Colombia for a work meeting and my first meal had to be here! I have not eaten better burgers and fries than at Five Guys, not to mention the milkshakes, which I still haven't finished trying all the flavors.

I am an introvert and here it was easy to place my order and then ask for my milkshake, as the staff is friendly and willing to help even though my English is not native. The fact that you can now eat unlimited peanuts is a quality touch that stands out.

“I was very impressed this evening. My son has a severe peanut allergy. He often can’t eat the same desserts the rest of us eat due to the possibility of cross contamination at a lot of establishments. He ordered a blizzard this evening, and an employee thoroughly sanitized the machines used in making his blizzard before she made it. Dairy Queen could have just said they couldn’t guarantee there was no cross contamination, but instead they took the time and care to make sure my son could safely eat there, which was greatly appreciated. The staff is always kind. They work as quickly as possible. The ice cream and food are delicious. Thank you Dairy Queen!“

“Wendy’s has one of the best fast food burgers out there. I’m a fan of the Dave’s Double. When it’s freshly cooked it’s really very good. After a 1/2 hour in a bag on the way home there’s nothing that can bring it back. My local Wendy’s is always fast and friendly!“

“One of the best run McDonald's in Western Pennsylvania. Consistently good service. Kids love the play area, which is usually pretty clean. Bathrooms are also tidy. Great instance of a McDonald's restaurant.
