Offered me a drink. I waited another 90 seconds after getting my drink. Millie chatted the entire time. Very good employee. Deserves a raise. Employee of the month at least.“

“This is THE best chipotle around. I live in Shaler so the brand new Chipotle on Camp Horne is closest but they literally never have anything available after 6pm. This is the one you want to come to. Always fresh and always fast! Line wrapped around to the door and we were in and out in 8 minutes. It was 650pm when we walked in and 658pm when we walked out“

“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. “Prompt and efficient staff. We did a walk-in dine-in experience. Our order was taken right away and prepares quickly. Everything was right. The dining room was clean. Things have changed over the years. I remember not too long ago when an order of small fries was quite enough for me, but today it seemed like there was barely anything there. I don't know if they decreased the size of the cardboard containers or what. I do know that small is definitely small and there were no loose fries at the bottom of the bag (or in this case a box). “I stopped going to Subway a few years ago because of quality was terrible. A couple of years ago I moved and was very close to this location in Westview plaza. I don't know if it is just this location or all subways have stepped up their game but I have never gotten a bad meal at this place!

The best part is I order through the app and they always have at least buy one get a second for 50% off and run a buy one get one free promotion very frequently. Currently they are doing the buy one get one free promotion and I have gone there three times in the last 5 days. All three times the food was delicious and did not take long to get. “Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“First time coming to this location because we went here for lunch yesterday and I'd say our experience was excellent. The service was very quick. Got our orders within like 5 minutes and everything was served hot and delicious.

I wish I took pics of our orders but we were both starving, but I enjoyed the curly fries, the Angus cheesesteak (this was so good, I wish it's not a limited item), and their chicken tenders - which by far - the best tasting tenders I've had. Better than other restaurants around.

Also, kudos to the staff keeping this restaurant clean and well maintained. One of your staffs cleaned up the tables and the tables of other people after they left.

“I lived just up the road from this subway for the first 10 years of my life, the man behind the counter who I believe is the one you guys now call lucky is the most amazing person I’ve ever met in a subway and quite possibly any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I went in at least twice a week for 6-7 years and every time he knew my order, sometimes even giving double meat or cheese without asking. Love that man with all my heart and want him to know I’ll be back someday for my tuna sub!“

She then began filling up packets, keeping busy with things rather than talking on her phone. Someone on the grill waved to me and smiled. But then he also charged me for two pizzas rather than one pizza with one topping, and I unfortunately did not notice until I looked at the receipt at home. All of the employees had good personalities and work ethics, but the new employee needed more training on using the cash register. UPDATE: The owner of this Subway emailed me to sincerely apologize for the pricing for the pizza. “We come here almost every Sunday after church! Alex is usually there to take our order. Today it was EXTREMELY busy! I have to say KUDOS to Alex!! He has to fill not just orders of people like us who come in and place order with him, but those who order at the 2 kiosk windows, and mobile orders like Door dash. Everyone who comes in wants their order NOW!! Some people can be Rude! Dealing with the public can be difficult at best! But Alex never let it bother him, he just continues to fill orders and did his best!
