We were the only people in the restaurant, it was probably 7:30-8:00 on a Saturday evening. I got the new Waygu burger and we all got curly fries with our meal. My burger had good flavor, but was very overcooked (most likely it was sitting out too long) almost to the point that is was crunchy, and the fries were mixed curly and crinkle and on top of that they were cold and mushy. Debbie is wonderful. I was really taken back at how hospitable she was in her order taking. Genuinley seeming like we mattered to her, she chatted kindly with me and the guests in front of me. That's rare for fastfood. My order of chicken nuggets was up within seconds. Last week, I also went through the drive-thru, and they were speedy and courteous as well. I have enjoyed my experiences here, and I recommend this place as somewhere quick and friendly.

I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up. I was waiting in line when I could have grabbed and go, only to have the counter person tell me the food was waiting on the end of the counter for 5 minutes which means the 5 I stood in line was actually 10 minutes of semi warm food..I will go back again. The food is too good not to.
