“Decided to stop for lunch today on the recommendation of a friend. What a great friend I have, it was delicious!! We started with the spring rolls, then ordered Prime Beef Pho, and Spicy Pork Vermicelli. Everything was amazing. The spring rolls were the perfect blend of chicken and vegetables. The Pho was delicious only to be enhanced with a squeeze of lime. The spicy pork vermicelli was tender with just the right amount of spice. Mixing the dish of sauce directly on the noodles added another layer flavor. The fresh, crunchy vegetables brought everything together!

At first, we declined the bubble tea, but after our waitress explained that we could order without the bubbles, we decided to share the Vietnamese coffee. So glad that we ordered! The only mistake I made was ordering one to share! I won't make that mistake again, next time I will order my own Vietnamese coffee.

The lunch portions we had today were more than enough. As other reviewers have mentioned, I was charged a $1 to bring home my left over Pho.

“New favorite spot!!! It was my first time going so I was kinda nervous and didn’t know what to get but the staff were sooooo Friendly and helpful! They gave me a lot of suggestions( they have so many options for drinks that all sound so good 😍) and in the end I decided to get the mango passion fresh tea with mango pearls. Oh my goodness. No words! It was so good. 😋 I will definitely be coming back and trying the rest of the menu lol. Also I can’t forgot to mention how cute the store was!!! They have it decorated so nicely.”

“We met at this Applebee's to celebrate with my elderly parents and my aunts for a birthday lunch. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants because I have severe IBS triggered by foods, sauces, dressings that contain onions, garlic, shallots, chives, scallions, onion/garlic powder...

I asked our server if I could order a basket of tortilla chips. We then continued to discuss my food issues and she was so kind to check all of their meats, brines, queso...

The women who works there was so kind to share her cherry tomatoes they grow themselves with me. “Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!”

“Prompt and efficient staff. We did a walk-in dine-in experience. Our order was taken right away and prepares quickly. Everything was right. The dining room was clean. Things have changed over the years. I remember not too long ago when an order of small fries was quite enough for me, but today it seemed like there was barely anything there. I don't know if they decreased the size of the cardboard containers or what. I do know that small is definitely small and there were no loose fries at the bottom of the bag (or in this case a box). Al in all, not a bad experience for fast food.”
