“We got married in September and just had our wedding celebration at JIT. Hands down, best venue in town! They absolutely deserve the award they won this year! Justin, Taylor, Chef Dave, and the entire staff are just amazing! They truly make you feel like family. The food is absolutely incredible. All of our guests could not say enough good things about the stations of food that we had, which the menu was completely customized to our liking. As one of our guests said it best- “It was awesome. Place was great. Food was great. Booze was great.” Not to mention, the decorations were just stunning. We talked with Justin and Taylor about a winter wonderland theme and WOW, they did not disappoint! Again, our guests were just mesmerized by the venue in its entirety. And Justin and his staff check in with you throughout your event to see if you need anything. They’re just so attentive, and they are all just such wonderful people to work with! “This is our GO TO weekly spot. To be honest, we look for a certain face whenever we walk in - Kari. No matter what type of mood you are in when you walk in that door, she will always make it better and has you laughing before you leave. Hands down, the best Applebee’s location. We look forward to our weekly trips out there. It’s an absolute honor to considered one of Kari’s “regulars”. She is genuinely concerned if there is a week we don’t stop in, and will check in to make sure we are okay. This woman is an absolute asset to Applebee’s. She is extremely personable, and in my opinion, that speaks volumes.“

I used to live here about 8 years ago and moved away for that time period, but as soon as I moved back in 2023, I had to get some of their wings!The wings are just as incredible as before and their flavors are insane! “Finally getting to writing reviews for the best few vendors from my August 2019 wedding. I am a little hesitant to post this since their Facebook page seems to have gone silent and reviews on other platforms indicate that management and menus may have changed in the last 6 months. But I was so pleased with my experience that it only seems fair to give credit where credit is due…. If you are looking for a rehearsal dinner location in Cranberry and have 30 guests or less, I highly recommend the private room at Ember and Vine in the lobby of the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh-Cranberry. We researched every restaurant in the area and Ember and Vine at DoubleTree delivered a perfect solution. Their facilities are beautiful and modern, and the staff was so nice and accommodating. Although they can do traditional seated banquet-style meals, we wanted something distinctly different from our wedding dinner the following day. We chose to order off their regular restaurant menu and have them cordon off a portion of the lobby area next to the private room, where a buffet was placed with different flavors of wings, woodfired pizzas, salad, and their oh-so-yummy crispy brussels sprouts. Not only were they flexible with the setup and menu (accommodating multiple food allergies), they also provided the option to have a limited bar within the private room or have our guests use the full bar in the lobby. Having the private room but also the cordoned off lobby area gave us extra area to mingle and a great balance between private space and the fun energy and ambiance from the restaurant and bar. Our guests loved the food and had loads of fun! Other factors that made Ember and Vine a clear winner for us were: - They had a very low minimum spend. Other locations with private dining had a ridiculous minimum spend that would be difficult to meet with a 20-30 person guest list. - The large parking lot. We looked at other options closer to our venue and parking was limited. - Flexibility with timing. We gave them a general time frame for arrival, but not knowing how long the rehearsal would take, they told us just to call them when we were 20 minutes out. Thanks DoubleTree and Ember and Vine for a classy venue and excellent food that let my husband and me and our closest friends and family relax and have a great time before our big day!!“

The burger was juicy and grilled to perfection. The loaded fries had a remarkable homemade cheese sauce and fresh cooked bacon. The boneless chicken chunks were very fresh with mouth watering sauces of honey barbecue and Tai Sweet Chili. My husband said the Cajun Chicken Mac was the best he has ever had. “My family recently held a wake in the event room at Cornerstone. The room was spacious, attractive, and comfortable. Loved the old tin ceiling. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The restaurant modified recipes and presentation to accommodate food restrictions. The icing on the (cup)cake was the waitstaff, who were attentive without being overbearing, efficient, and more than pleasant. Highly recommend.

Vegetarian options: Our buffet menu included vegetarian pasta, salad, green beans with shallots, roasted fingerling potatoes, and bread and butter. The restaurant menu provides several veggie options, including a veggie burger and veggie omelets.

Dietary restrictions: Accommodations were made for dairy, carrot, and nut allergies, as well as gluten restrictions. The whole family was able to eat delicious food safely.

Kid-friendliness: They made one young guest buttered noodles when the buffet options were not to his 5 year old taste.“

Somehow they made the seating comfortable yet fine and all pleasing to the eye. The pricing is deeply reasonable-our meal would have been $100 if not for the wine bottle, and that’s an appetizer, four half portion entrees, and desert. The food is creative, and entrees have been crafted carefully and thoughtfully. Frankly, it’s just way too nice to be that close to a Primantis.“
