“Friendly staff and great atmosphere“

“Rocky’s had a Friday night buffet of Polish food, and the selection and quality of the food was first rate! We just happened to see the flier on Facebook so we decided to check it out. It was our first time here. I finished my meal with a retro banana pudding with Nila wafers and cream. Delicious nostalgia! The buffet had several kid-friendly options, so at $14 a person, this would be a great place to bring the family on Friday night. Next Friday’s theme is Italian night, and I can’t wait to try Mary Anne’s dishes. She is amazing!“

“For six years I have been looking for a new favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh since my old favorite one closed. I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The service from being greeted to the absolutely awesome server we had was excellent! The food had a wow factor rarely found in Pittsburgh. I’m not usually a huge fan of how vegetables are cooked most places and the veggies in my dish just blew things out of the water. You could tell they were fresh and local too. The fish I had was just amazing. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Needless to say I will be back again and again now to experience more culinary delights!“

“Where can I begin… the food was delicious! Friendly service and real conversation. My family and I are from Indiana visiting for the weekend and we wanted to try Grandma B’s. Went on Saturday morning and it was so impressive we said “We’re coming back tomorrow before we leave!” Only to return Sunday morning and they had standing room only! Sadly my party and I were just going to head back to Indiana, hungry when they called us back in and said”We’re going to make room for you all up top.” They proceeded to prepare another area upstairs to accommodate our party! Hands down best food in service in Pittsburgh!“

“I could write a novel on how perfect Justin and his team created our winter wedding vision. From the first interactions to the last interactions, Justin was attentive and helpful. We collaborated on everything in such a professional way that everything truly turned out perfectly. Every single detail was astonishing. Justin and his event center was able to accommodate over 110 guests for our wedding and the FOOD…oh my goodness - delicious! I’d highly recommend this space for bridal showers, receptions, events, you name it! “Best place to eat near gibsonia. Delicious everything! Sauce, leek soup, pasta, pizza, etc. One problem : kitchen closes early, at 9... we finished eating in time, then server got annoyed with us when all we wanted was another beer. Told us bar was closed also. Other times I've been there I was told to continue to order beer even after kitchen closed. Very uncomfortable. Only 9:00.“

“The Eat 'n Park on Perry Highway, Mars is a very comfortable restaurant in which to eat. The food is always well prepared and I have never experienced anything but excellent service. My friend and I meet there about once a month for breakfast. This past Wednesday 2-4-26, we had Tamara for our waitress. Not our first time with her. Absolutely outstanding! She took our order, served it, checked on us often, and kept our coffee cups filled - all very efficiently, and with a smile on her face. We always leave feeling good about our visit, and look forward to our next time, thanks to the overall great experience.“

“Went there for the first time on a Saturday for dinner. Nice place with lots of options. Our server who was doubling as cook was super nice and answered all our questions and special requests. I got the Cranberry Poppins salad. It was fresh, delicious and very large. The rest of my party had the fish sandwich, the chicken tenders and fries and the Alcove Burger. Everyone liked their food. We left just as the band was setting up. Would definitely go back again.“

“Not a huge review guy but felt compelled to give props to Matt and his team for executing wing orders on Super Bowl Sunday. I arrived a tad early for my pick up time not knowing what the crowd will be like. I assumed busy but not slammed. Well they were slammed. Matt communicated with everyone in line and while it wasn’t the exact pickup time stated, it was well within a time frame that wasn’t excessive. Hell, it’s super bowl Sunday and you are still in line for the best wings in Pittsburgh. Got the wings, drove home....the wings were cooked perfectly! Great job!“
