“We stopped for dinner 430ish on a Friday, the place was very clean and friendly. The menu was a specialized menu with a bunch of customer recommended #1s, it was very hard to choose what meals we would be selecting off the menu due to the whole menu was packed with excellent dinner choices. I settled for the Meatloaf special off the house special board (Amazing), and my wife chose the Chicken Picata (Amazing), these are two of most recommended dinner choices by the house and a few friends of ours. We both ordered the House Merlot with dinner which was a good choice on our part (perfect) along with the wine the house places a large flip top bottle of ice cold water on your table for you to drink at your will. Paired with our meals were a side of mashed potatoes and cooked carrots with a side salad (all were perfect). If all of this amazing meal wasn't enough, we had to order the Zattola homemade ice cream over the house made brownie for dessert... everything was way to good to not finish... We left this place absolutely stuffed, and pleasantly pleased with our experience... one side note I would have to say if you chose to go there, please have a conversation with your servers and staff, we spoke to an older gentlemen who I still don't believe he is in his 70s, he was one the most kind, and personable staff I've ever encountered at a restaurant, he made us feel like family and like he knew us for ever, he stated how the food is prepared and the history of the recipes, you could tell he absolutely loves this place along with the owners and he firmly believes in the quality this place provides. The food was definitely enough for us to go back, but just having the small interactions with the gentleman makes me feel that we will absolutely go back... Im sure anyone who has been to this place and has interacted with this gentlemen could probably attest to what I'm saying, as he spoke to everyone... the world needs more people like him in it!!! “Foods great bartenders are great. Quick fast but accurate good customer service. With delicious drinks and food. Honestly I was told the blue lagoon was really good and it's vodka blue curaçao lemonade it was a very good drink just wish it had more lemonade flavor to it. And as far as the raspberry long island goes it's perfectly delicious and scrumptious. Their seasoned fries and Mac attack bowls Cajun shrimp was quite delicious. Although personally I might ask for more Cajun next time. I love to be able to see it in the delicious creamy white sauce they pair it with also the shrimp in this delicious delicacy is fried. “Not only is this place inexpensive, the breakfast can't be beat. They use fresh, not frozen potatoes, and the bacon is the same as you would use at home, not what you would find at Denny's or the diner in Lower Burrell. Those places use bacon that's thin enough to see through.“
“My husband and I stopped around 7:00 pm on Saturday evening. It was busy but the service was excellent. Our food order was taken quickly and our order was quick.i thought with all the people it would take a lot longer. I had the Ruben and my husband had the fish sandwich. Both were hot and delicious. I would recommend the food to everyone. I was disappointed I was not made aware of the convenience fee until I paid the bill. If cash was better I would’ve paid in cash if I was made aware of this policy. I also had the Cinterlands Porter. Excellent draft. But did not expect to pay $7 a draft. Wish I would’ve known the price before. It was my fault for not checking before I ordered 2 of them. But still a remarkable dinner.“
“Bri was extremely helpful, a little more attentive would have been our preference. No refills of coffee or tea specifically offered. She did check in to see if everything was OK and ask if we needed anything, so, we could have asked then. It took a few minutes to get our plates after the appetizer was served. When another person delivered the app, instead of just getting us plates, she told us Bri would.“
“We had a Delicious Dinner this evening at the Tarentum Station.Our server William was Excellent !!! He was Very Professional and obviously experienced.He was at our table at our table any time we needed him, he was very observant as soon as any of our drinks were getting low and took away any empty dish from our table.The Tarentum Station is a Beautiful Old Historic Building that is beautifully maintained.If anyone is looking for a quaint, very welcoming restaurant with Linen table linens don’t hesitate to go for a Delicious Lunch Or Dinner. “In there for the first time on Karaoke night. The best atmosphere in the area. Very diverse and everyone was there to socialize and have a good time. Will definitely be returning sooner than later. Service fast and friendly, no cranky people working there. Ice Tea was phenomenal.“
“There were plenty of parking spaces available when we arrived. There was also handicap parking. We took a group that were in wheelchairs and the the restaurant had plenty of seating for us all (12) to sit together. Also, we had a few people in our group with dementia and the wait staff were phenomenal. Very patient and understanding. We felt very welcomed. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. And I had the new Coconut cream pancakes and loved them!“

“Came here on a holiday for lunch and it was really quiet so we got seated in no time. Our server was great- he was cracking jokes and made up for the quiet atmosphere of the restaurant. Got the two orders of the two for $25 (which is a great deal must I say).For appetizers, we got the spinach dip and onion rings. Both were huge in size and we were almost full off of these haha. Spinach dip was really good, but the chips accompanying them were too salty unfortunately. The onion rings were big and crunchy, really good. For entrees, we got the classic cheeseburger, bourbon chicken and shrimp, and four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken. The cheeseburgers were super solid cheeseburgers: the meat was cooked nicely, it was juicy, had a good amount of veggies on there- overall a really simple, yet good burger. The mac and cheese was unfortunately not as good. The chicken was well cooked but the pasta did not have any flavouring and all its flavouring really came from the sweet chicken. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was also solid, the chicken was slightly overcooked but the taste was there nonetheless.Overall, this place has always been pretty consistent and affordable and the service made the experience even better!“
