“We are from out of town and ate here from a recommendation and were not disappointed, except for the hash browns containing 5 lbs of grease. I did not trust my stomach to handle it, but everything else, eggs, toast, bacon, pancakes, etc were absolutely delicious.“

“We stopped in on a park and wanted to get some quick eats. We had a cheese steak with fries, fried mushrooms to share, and and order of wings. Everything came out in a timely fashion and was hot. The cheese steak was a little dry but everything else was amazing. I can't recommend the winds enjoy. They crispy without being dry and brittle. If you are in the area and want some quick for for a good price stop in.“

Told us bar was closed also. Other times I've been there I was told to continue to order beer even after kitchen closed. Very uncomfortable. Only 9:00.“

“To finish up a very quick trip to Pittsburgh, I was looking for a diner to eat. The minute you walk in, people are smiling and happy. The locals are there talking with each other and it’s relaxing and refreshing. I had the roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy and yellow waxed beans. As I told my phenomenal waitress, Bri, It was exactly as my mother would have made it. I have missed her cooking since she passed away and this meal took me back to a beautiful time and place. I will definitely come back here when I’m in the Pittsburgh area. The portion was right, the food was fresh and delicious, and Bri was very attentive.“

“We went on a Friday during lent because we'd heard the fish was delicious. We were not disappointed. $19 for a piece of fish that was bigger than the plate, and it was not just breading with a tiny sliver of fish inside, plus a salad, plus bread & butter, plus your choice of potato. I couldn't eat it all! It was all served hot and freshly cooked with homemade ranch dressing and homemade tartar sauce.“

“Attended a funeral at RJ Slaters funeral home, 12 of us went there between viewing times and had great service and the food order was done quickly. Everyone enjoyed their food and the people from Virginia never even seen a whole chicken wing. It was a great weather day and a few of us even walked the block to get there..“

Every seat had a good view of a tv with the football game on. Staff was friendly, and they even had some free pizza at halftime (during the steeler game) which was also delicious.“

The crust is perfect, the toppings are fresh, and the balance of flavors makes it one of the best veggie pizzas I’ve had. It’s not just the food, either. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe makes you want to stay and enjoy yourself. “Yesterday early evening order was delivered quickly. The 2 sandwiches were very good. However, we were very disappointed with the french fries that were very soft & greasy. They even made the sandwiches somewhat greasy. We would rather eat crispy french fries, which are way better. Just wanted to let you know that we will still order the sandwiches. Thank you.“
