“Staying at a hotel in town, utilized Uber eats since my truck and trailer are not restaurant friendly. Ordered lasagna. WOW. Best lasagna I’ve had in a long time. Good mix of sauce, meat, noodles, and cheese.“

“Had dinner at Dee Jays for the first time. Excellent! 5 stars. Ribs are the best I've had for a long, long time. The jalapeño mac & cheese has a hint of the pepper without the heat. Appears that everything is scratch made including the Margherita! Dee Jay's is our new destination restaurant. The service was excellent, too. You will not be constantly interrupted. And it needs to be pointed out that the restaurant & restrooms are very clean (no odors in the latter!). Check it out. You should not be disappointed.“

“Ate here tonight at Bill’s roadhouse. Food had very large portions, very well done!! Cole slaw was great and cod was large and finished right!! My wife’s sandwich was HUGH and very good. “The Eat 'n Park on Perry Highway, Mars is a very comfortable restaurant in which to eat. The food is always well prepared and I have never experienced anything but excellent service. My friend and I meet there about once a month for breakfast. This past Wednesday 2-4-26, we had Tamara for our waitress. Not our first time with her. Absolutely outstanding! She took our order, served it, checked on us often, and kept our coffee cups filled - all very efficiently, and with a smile on her face. We always leave feeling good about our visit, and look forward to our next time, thanks to the overall great experience.“

On Friday and Saturday they have Orams donuts. They have some items already prepared in cases. Different types of salads, quiche, etc.
Fast friendly service. It is takeout only. No seating available. Plenty of parking. They share parking lot with another business. Well worth a stop!!“

“Not a huge review guy but felt compelled to give props to Matt and his team for executing wing orders on Super Bowl Sunday. I arrived a tad early for my pick up time not knowing what the crowd will be like. I assumed busy but not slammed. Well they were slammed. Matt communicated with everyone in line and while it wasn’t the exact pickup time stated, it was well within a time frame that wasn’t excessive. Hell, it’s super bowl Sunday and you are still in line for the best wings in Pittsburgh. Got the wings, drove home....the wings were cooked perfectly! Great job!“

“We went on a Friday night for the Italian buffet. We pulled into the parking lot and it was barely any cars which made us nervous. We walked inside and it was also very empty but they did say they have the buffet so we stayed. Some of the items they had were good. The fried fish, the eggplant parm the spinach but other items seem like they have been sitting out for a while and dried out. The owners and the servers were very friendly, very welcoming and I wish them well . My wife had to brush the chicken and said it was very good. I think for $15 it was fine. What's that“

“Checked this bar out on Wednesday for Yuengs & wings. The bartender was very polite and attentive and it's a pretty nice atmosphere in the bar, plenty of TVs, also dart boards and pool tables. Cool! I got the wings , their hottest sauce and was pleasantly surprised! The wing sauce wasn't too hot but pretty tasty. The blue cheese was decent! The size of the wings was also great and I was very full after eating 12. I will definitely be back again!“

“my sister took her family out to eat for my nieces 8th birthday. the waiter told them they don't sing happy birthday anymore. after she questioned him he went back to ask and came out and said.. we still do it but no one wants to sing..??? this is absolutely ridiculous. I understand it's not the most fun thing to do . but for an 8 year old girl. do your job. i remember working there trying to scramble to get people to sing.. and noone like it but they did it because it was part of their job. didn't give her her free birthday dessert either...what has happened to Avalon eat n park in the evenings.. morning is still amazing, you go in the at night and it's a sh*tshow. so disappointed in this location“
