It doesn’t seem to matter, they always fit you in and their service is always good. Our server tonight , Emily, was exceptional, anticipating things before we even asked for them, and our food came out very quickly. Their menu is also huge, there’s something for everyone!“

“I first experienced Bert's Wooden Indian when I was in college. This is my favorite restaurant. I've been going there for 58 years. We celebrate my birthday there every year and we'll be celebrating my 77th birthday this weekend. We love the atmosphere, service and especially the food. I highly recommend it.“

“First time here and actually enjoyed it. We eat out alot trying new places. This place is a nice small restaurant and loved the older style. If you're into fancy plates and high prices maybe Pittsburgh is more for you. The prices was very reasonable and the waitress was friendly. The wait may have been a little long, but life's to short for me to always be in a hurry anywhere. I get my belly filled on a full plate at a basic place, then I ever will a rich style where I'm paying for fancy. Will definitely be back.“

“MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

“Always number one!! The people there are so kind. Recently I went there to meet a group of friends and couldn’t navigate the steps on a mobility scooter. Alex, Jodi and a group of workers immediately took over helping me walk 3 steps while others picked up my scooter and carried it!! It still warms my heart. The food was excellent and service was excellent. Atmosphere has always been classy and welcoming!“

“First time ever experiencing a twin peaks. Many of my friends and family have raved about other locations so when we saw one on our travels we decided to stop in. Here is my review in honesty: I know today was a big game day but we came in early to avoid that and potentially have a nice lunch. We told them that it was our first time, we weren’t told we had to scan for the menu until we looked down and saw that. Service was prompt but their customer service attitude was poor. When our food arrived the girl who brought it placed it on the other side of the table to where we had to grab it and place it in front of us. Our waitress seemed drab and seemed like we were wasting her time which isn’t exactly the best when someone is coming there the first time. Now the food itself was great, the decor was lovely put together but they need to work with their staff on being more personable. They weren’t smiling, talkative, they were in their phones, bartenders were complaining loudly. Honestly I felt like I was at a low budget Hooters mixed with the attitude of a Dicks. I would absolutely recommend this place for the food but not for the customer service.“

“The Eat 'n Park on Perry Highway, Mars is a very comfortable restaurant in which to eat. The food is always well prepared and I have never experienced anything but excellent service. My friend and I meet there about once a month for breakfast. This past Wednesday 2-4-26, we had Tamara for our waitress. Not our first time with her. Absolutely outstanding! She took our order, served it, checked on us often, and kept our coffee cups filled - all very efficiently, and with a smile on her face. We always leave feeling good about our visit, and look forward to our next time, thanks to the overall great experience.“

“I just stopped by this moon twp location after work and immediately wanted to give 5 stars (writing this in the parking lot as we speak) the gentleman who greeted me when I came in and took my order was very kind and helpful, he even took the extra step to go over the different milkshake options with me (which might sound small but the customer service was so nice!!) I hate that i dont remember their names, everyone behind the counter was pleasant and communicating with one another for orders and the gentleman who gave me my order was also super kind! “My wife and l came there for the 1st time to dine for our anniversary. The place was hopping at 4:00 pm and l had reservation at 4:30. We waited at the bar and they text me at 4:30 that our table was ready. We chose to sit outside on the patio overlooking the fountain. Our server Casey was fantastic! I told her it was our 39th wedding anniversary and she delivered above and beyond customer service. The food was a little slow getting to our table due to a shortage of workers, however she kept us entertained and supplied us with libations until our meals arrived! When desert came she wrote on the plates Happy Anniversary. That was grand. She took the time to get to know us in a very short period of time. Hats off to Casey! She is a keeper!
