“My wife and l came there for the 1st time to dine for our anniversary. The place was hopping at 4:00 pm and l had reservation at 4:30. We waited at the bar and they text me at 4:30 that our table was ready. We chose to sit outside on the patio overlooking the fountain. Our server Casey was fantastic! I told her it was our 39th wedding anniversary and she delivered above and beyond customer service. The food was a little slow getting to our table due to a shortage of workers, however she kept us entertained and supplied us with libations until our meals arrived! When desert came she wrote on the plates Happy Anniversary. That was grand. She took the time to get to know us in a very short period of time. Hats off to Casey! She is a keeper! “The food quality of the Valley Dairy Restaurant in Cranberry, PA has diminished greatly. The prices are the highest of similar restaurants in the area but the food is really bad, never warm and has obviously been sitting around for some time. The restaurant has a nice location and used to be comparable to other like establishments but should definitely be avoided now.“

A huge part of what made our dinner so enjoyable was our server, Kevin. He was clearly very busy, but you would never know it from his attitude or the level of service he gave us. He stayed friendly, attentive, and upbeat the entire time and never made us feel rushed or overlooked. He was also incredibly helpful when we were looking over the menu, answering questions and giving recommendations on what was good. Excellent service can completely change a dining experience, and Kevin truly made ours memorable. We would absolutely return just because of the service he provided — and the fact that the food was so yummy is an added bonus! “I wanted to take my 93yr old grandma out to dinner to a nice place for Christmas with my close family. She insisted on Bob Evans (even against our advice). Overall I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was good. Nice diner menu food that was cooked and prepared well for 8 people. Staff was perfect, friendly and attentive. It was definitely busy, so there was ambient noise but it wasn't a problem.“

“I’m not fully sure why there are bad or negative reviews to this place (of course I didn’t see this before dinning) but, the food was pretty good. Friendly staff, the burger was cooked exactly the way I wanted it to be cooked. Got a butt load of fries that tasted good as well.
Overall, it’s good. Not a whole lot of options on the menu for my liking but it makes choosing easier.

“I was on my way home to Michigan after visiting with my son in Maryland and decided to stop here for some food and to watch the Lions game. I was greeted by a very friendly hostess, and I asked her if the Lions game was on any of their TVs. The manager, Malcolm, took over at that point and personally showed me a table right in front of a TV and turned the Lions game on for me. Then I had a great server Dan, who was also very easy on the eyes lol, take care of me from there. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.“
