“For many years I have gone to Patron’s with family and friends. But this review is specific to my latest experience with them. My husband was celebrating his 50th birthday and we decided to do catering through them. My expectations weren’t only met but exceeded substantially! Everything was delicious as usual—we ordered mixed fajitas, choripollo, rice and beans, chips and queso. I did a pickup order and everything was labeled and packaged well for quick set up. Lots of compliments from our guests too— thanks!“

I can't thank him enough.Wish they would come to New Castle! we d love it! I love the Honey Wheat bread My favorite is Cinnamon Swirl,and the Chalah! “My wife and l came there for the 1st time to dine for our anniversary. The place was hopping at 4:00 pm and l had reservation at 4:30. We waited at the bar and they text me at 4:30 that our table was ready. We chose to sit outside on the patio overlooking the fountain. Our server Casey was fantastic! I told her it was our 39th wedding anniversary and she delivered above and beyond customer service. The food was a little slow getting to our table due to a shortage of workers, however she kept us entertained and supplied us with libations until our meals arrived! When desert came she wrote on the plates Happy Anniversary. That was grand. She took the time to get to know us in a very short period of time. Hats off to Casey! She is a keeper! “I was on my way home to Michigan after visiting with my son in Maryland and decided to stop here for some food and to watch the Lions game. I was greeted by a very friendly hostess, and I asked her if the Lions game was on any of their TVs. The manager, Malcolm, took over at that point and personally showed me a table right in front of a TV and turned the Lions game on for me. Then I had a great server Dan, who was also very easy on the eyes lol, take care of me from there. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.“

“I went in with my sister and brother in law, there was a line but there were two people who did a FANTASTIC job. I'm not sure their names but it was a new blonde girl and a guy who were doing almost all the work. They were fast (even tho it was the girls first day) and there were some people in line were making fun of her. I told her she did fine and to ignore the haters. This location was busy but they stayed on top of keeping the food fresh. The place can be cleaned a bit more--they were busy though so I don't blame them.“
