“I just stopped by this moon twp location after work and immediately wanted to give 5 stars (writing this in the parking lot as we speak) the gentleman who greeted me when I came in and took my order was very kind and helpful, he even took the extra step to go over the different milkshake options with me (which might sound small but the customer service was so nice!!) I hate that i dont remember their names, everyone behind the counter was pleasant and communicating with one another for orders and the gentleman who gave me my order was also super kind! First off I want to give a shout out to the bartender who served me (Christy) she was super professional friendly and quick with service.
I ordered the Burgh Burger, it was probably the best burger I've ever eaten in an airport, cooked to order along with the chips I ordered it medium, plain with fried egg (runny yolk the only correct way) it was perfect, the chips were made to order also, extra crisp! Everything tasted great!

“We’ve never had a bad experience here- I’ve come as a part of a small/medium/large group at different days and times. It doesn’t seem to matter, they always fit you in and their service is always good. Our server tonight , Emily, was exceptional, anticipating things before we even asked for them, and our food came out very quickly. Their menu is also huge, there’s something for everyone!“

“MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

“First time ever experiencing a twin peaks. Many of my friends and family have raved about other locations so when we saw one on our travels we decided to stop in. Here is my review in honesty: I know today was a big game day but we came in early to avoid that and potentially have a nice lunch. We told them that it was our first time, we weren’t told we had to scan for the menu until we looked down and saw that. Service was prompt but their customer service attitude was poor. When our food arrived the girl who brought it placed it on the other side of the table to where we had to grab it and place it in front of us. Our waitress seemed drab and seemed like we were wasting her time which isn’t exactly the best when someone is coming there the first time. Now the food itself was great, the decor was lovely put together but they need to work with their staff on being more personable. They weren’t smiling, talkative, they were in their phones, bartenders were complaining loudly. Honestly I felt like I was at a low budget Hooters mixed with the attitude of a Dicks. I would absolutely recommend this place for the food but not for the customer service.“

I had to walk to a gas station to an ATM to get the cash. Besides that, the people that work in this place they are very polite and nice, they offer me coffee, and greet me properly. “My husband surprised me with an impromptu date night, and this restaurant fit the bill perfectly. They were very accommodating despite us not having a reservation. We chose to sit on the back patio; this was a wonderful choice for a warm spring evening. We were so pleased that they were open since many restaurants are closed on Mondays and they were quite busy. Our meal was delicious and the service was very good. We would absolutely recommend the pork ribeye and the Caribbean jerk cod. Both were perfectly seasoned and cooked.“
