“Wow, what a great place to find. My husband and I split the Italian hoagie and chips with salsa. Thank goodness we split, the sub is big! My husband got a side of nacho cheese for his chips. Yummy. It was all so good my husband got a meatball sub to go for later. Lots of selection to choose from. Our server Chanele was great! She has everything we needed. MLB was on the TV so my husband was in heaven. They had music playing which helped set my relaxing mood for sure. We will definitely be back and try more.“

“We’ve never had a bad experience here- I’ve come as a part of a small/medium/large group at different days and times. It doesn’t seem to matter, they always fit you in and their service is always good. Our server tonight , Emily, was exceptional, anticipating things before we even asked for them, and our food came out very quickly. Their menu is also huge, there’s something for everyone!“

“We visited Jackson's last week. We were introduced to our server, the hostess informed us she was new. Boy, was she fantastic! The food was an A+. We had soup of the day and Salmon, which was cooked perfectly. Our server was Bonnie Lynn and we will ask to be set in her section next time. She never quit smiling.“

“MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

The clam chowder soup is very good as was the wedge salad with shrimp covered in blue cheese. The bar environment was sports oriented so a bit loud & cold.
Bar tender was on her game working tables at the bar level.
Price was moderately high but the food tasted great 👍

He paid attention to every table, never left anyone waiting, and somehow managed to make everyone feel taken care of without missing a beat. “Came back to the hotel after exploring the city, and this place was packed because there were a bunch of people staying for multiple conferences. Even though it was so busy we were able to place our orders and get a drink each.

I ordered the meatloaf sandwich with a Cesar salad, both were great! The meatloaf sandwich was very filling and I got full after both halves, the salad was crisp and fresh. The last order was a cookie with ice cream, which I did not have much of, only a taste and it was also very good!“

I had to walk to a gas station to an ATM to get the cash. Besides that, the people that work in this place they are very polite and nice, they offer me coffee, and greet me properly. “I just stopped by this moon twp location after work and immediately wanted to give 5 stars (writing this in the parking lot as we speak) the gentleman who greeted me when I came in and took my order was very kind and helpful, he even took the extra step to go over the different milkshake options with me (which might sound small but the customer service was so nice!!) I hate that i dont remember their names, everyone behind the counter was pleasant and communicating with one another for orders and the gentleman who gave me my order was also super kind! I am so happy I decided to stop by for lunch!!! I hope someone sees this and reaches out to the team who was working today!!!“

We told them that it was our first time, we weren’t told we had to scan for the menu until we looked down and saw that. Service was prompt but their customer service attitude was poor. When our food arrived the girl who brought it placed it on the other side of the table to where we had to grab it and place it in front of us. Our waitress seemed drab and seemed like we were wasting her time which isn’t exactly the best when someone is coming there the first time. Now the food itself was great, the decor was lovely put together but they need to work with their staff on being more personable. They weren’t smiling, talkative, they were in their phones, bartenders were complaining loudly. Honestly I felt like I was at a low budget Hooters mixed with the attitude of a Dicks. I would absolutely recommend this place for the food but not for the customer service.“

“What a pleasant surprise. The young lady who helped us at the front area was very polite and tried extremely hard to accommodate. We got our food to go and we were blown away. It was less than $50 ($60 with a tip) and it's one of the best filets and reubens we have ever had. The dining area was packed and I'm certain we would have spent much more if we ate there and had drinks, but I am telling you, it is worth the money to stay at the Hyatt and just eat the food there. It's rare hotel 🏨 food is this good. 5☆'s all day.“

“The steaks are sometimes to heavily seasoned the mushrooms you get with your steak if you ask are horrible. Not grilled just steamed ? Taste like out of a can.
Firecracker shrimp are good . Last time my wife's ny strip seemed kinda of a thin cut for ny strip. Taste was ok but again heavy on seasoning. Strawberry pecan salad is also amazing. So they have some great options for sides and appetizers for the price though wish the steak was better.“

“I got a humble pepperoni pizza from here, but it was the best I've had in years. I could tell they really put in attention to detail on this. They even added some cheese onto the pepperonis! It was perfectly baked and crispy. The crust was a bit chewy but not so much to detract from the overall quality. Will definitely be getting pizza from here in the future.“

My French Dip Sandwich was excellent, as was the Grilled Cheese with bacon! The staff made us feel at home, and Emily went above and beyond to make our visit great, including charging our dead phone!
