“My husband and I decided to try out Downeys after reading reviews on Facebook. Walking in the door, we were greeted by the host and asked if we’d like a table but we chose to sit at the bar. The bartender was right there waiting to take our drink order-even as packed as it was- and once we told her it was our first time there, she told us all about their specials and raved about all of the food. We decided on trying two of their pizzas-the Tuscan and the italiano. We also were told about the house made ranches they offer and OF COURSE we had to get them. 10/10 Delicious is a downplay! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!“

“We’ve never had a bad experience here- I’ve come as a part of a small/medium/large group at different days and times. It doesn’t seem to matter, they always fit you in and their service is always good. Our server tonight , Emily, was exceptional, anticipating things before we even asked for them, and our food came out very quickly. Their menu is also huge, there’s something for everyone!“

“We visited Jackson's last week. We were introduced to our server, the hostess informed us she was new. Boy, was she fantastic! The food was an A+. We had soup of the day and Salmon, which was cooked perfectly. Our server was Bonnie Lynn and we will ask to be set in her section next time. She never quit smiling.“

“MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

He paid attention to every table, never left anyone waiting, and somehow managed to make everyone feel taken care of without missing a beat. “Came back to the hotel after exploring the city, and this place was packed because there were a bunch of people staying for multiple conferences. Even though it was so busy we were able to place our orders and get a drink each.

I ordered the meatloaf sandwich with a Cesar salad, both were great! The meatloaf sandwich was very filling and I got full after both halves, the salad was crisp and fresh. The last order was a cookie with ice cream, which I did not have much of, only a taste and it was also very good!“

I had to walk to a gas station to an ATM to get the cash. Besides that, the people that work in this place they are very polite and nice, they offer me coffee, and greet me properly. “I just stopped by this moon twp location after work and immediately wanted to give 5 stars (writing this in the parking lot as we speak) the gentleman who greeted me when I came in and took my order was very kind and helpful, he even took the extra step to go over the different milkshake options with me (which might sound small but the customer service was so nice!!) I hate that i dont remember their names, everyone behind the counter was pleasant and communicating with one another for orders and the gentleman who gave me my order was also super kind! Here is my review in honesty: I know today was a big game day but we came in early to avoid that and potentially have a nice lunch. We told them that it was our first time, we weren’t told we had to scan for the menu until we looked down and saw that. Service was prompt but their customer service attitude was poor. When our food arrived the girl who brought it placed it on the other side of the table to where we had to grab it and place it in front of us. Our waitress seemed drab and seemed like we were wasting her time which isn’t exactly the best when someone is coming there the first time. Now the food itself was great, the decor was lovely put together but they need to work with their staff on being more personable. They weren’t smiling, talkative, they were in their phones, bartenders were complaining loudly. Honestly I felt like I was at a low budget Hooters mixed with the attitude of a Dicks. I would absolutely recommend this place for the food but not for the customer service.“

“Wife and I got take out burgers on 9/18/25 and they were really good. The burger meat was fresh and misshapen and you could tell it wasn’t a premade burger. We were both shocked it was so good. We haven’t been to Applebees in a long time. This will bring us back.“

“Had the best visit at Applebee's! Our server Jenna was phenomenal very personable and truly seemed like the loved her job. Doug was bouncing around talking to guests throughout our meal and even stopped by to make sure everything was perfect for us! Thats GREAT customer service! It wasn't a very busy day and sometimes I think that's when you have the worst time out to eat but Jenna was on top of it and the food came out in a timely manner. It was less than $50 ($60 with a tip) and it's one of the best filets and reubens we have ever had. The dining area was packed and I'm certain we would have spent much more if we ate there and had drinks, but I am telling you, it is worth the money to stay at the Hyatt and just eat the food there. “I got a humble pepperoni pizza from here, but it was the best I've had in years. I could tell they really put in attention to detail on this. They even added some cheese onto the pepperonis! It was perfectly baked and crispy. The crust was a bit chewy but not so much to detract from the overall quality. Will definitely be getting pizza from here in the future.“
