“Fast service, I was sat ASAP (as soon as possible). My burger was cooked to perfection not still mooing, and not too dark. The highlight was the bazookie. It looked liked poop at first they loaded it with so much chocolate (which made me really hungry.) I then wolfed it down tom pearl style, gave my waiter my fat tip and went on with my day!“

“Amy deserves a huge shoutout! DoorDash really dropped the ball on our order, but when we called the store, Amy immediately stepped in and took care of everything. She even offered to call me when the Dasher arrived (which unfortunately never happened), and when I ended up going to pick up the order myself, she had already remade our fries so they were hot and fresh. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make a frustrating situation so much better. Truly can’t thank you enough, Amy!“

“We visited Jackson's last week. We were introduced to our server, the hostess informed us she was new. Boy, was she fantastic! The food was an A+. We had soup of the day and Salmon, which was cooked perfectly. Our server was Bonnie Lynn and we will ask to be set in her section next time. She never quit smiling.“

“MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

Here is my review in honesty: I know today was a big game day but we came in early to avoid that and potentially have a nice lunch. We told them that it was our first time, we weren’t told we had to scan for the menu until we looked down and saw that. Service was prompt but their customer service attitude was poor. When our food arrived the girl who brought it placed it on the other side of the table to where we had to grab it and place it in front of us. Our waitress seemed drab and seemed like we were wasting her time which isn’t exactly the best when someone is coming there the first time. Now the food itself was great, the decor was lovely put together but they need to work with their staff on being more personable. They weren’t smiling, talkative, they were in their phones, bartenders were complaining loudly. Honestly I felt like I was at a low budget Hooters mixed with the attitude of a Dicks. I would absolutely recommend this place for the food but not for the customer service.“

“I was at Best Buy in Bethel Park this morning and googled restaurants nearby for lunch . I prefer local (non- chain) places, so when I saw Ma & Pop's Country Kitchen on South Park Road, I decided to try it.

This is a very popular diner with delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly service. I got the Reuben and fries, which was one of the best I've had in a long time.

“We go to this Melting Pot at least four times a year. Each time is a wonderful experience. Today, however, we were beyond blown away by the best service we've ever had. Hanna was our server and she truly is exceptional! She made everything perfect! The food is always tasty and plentiful. In addition, Amanda, the manager is phenomenal! I still can't figure out how she remembers us each time we come to dine. This is a testament to her customer service skills and professionalism. “This was our first time here and the breakfast/lunch bar was open. it was phenominal. great quality of food, tons of choices in buffet style containers to keep it hot. Everything from made to order omlettes, waffles, sausage, salad, pot roast, mashed potatoes, tender breakfast potatoes. my husband said it was the best omlette he has ever had. he had the Irish Omlette. Great staff. This was a huge win. very comfortable seating. The chef was also amazing“
