“Moved to the area, first visit here. We ordered pickup, it was so busy there that I had to wait outside with a bunch of other people because it was so crowded. I guess I could take that as a good sign for the food, and it was, the hand-tossed pizza was really good. I'm looking forward to going back and getting the large new york style pizza, I just need to remember to order extra early!“

“Wow, what a great place to find. My husband and I split the Italian hoagie and chips with salsa. Thank goodness we split, the sub is big! My husband got a side of nacho cheese for his chips. Yummy. It was all so good my husband got a meatball sub to go for later. Lots of selection to choose from. Our server Chanele was great! She has everything we needed. MLB was on the TV so my husband was in heaven. They had music playing which helped set my relaxing mood for sure. We will definitely be back and try more.“

“We’ve never had a bad experience here- I’ve come as a part of a small/medium/large group at different days and times. It doesn’t seem to matter, they always fit you in and their service is always good. Our server tonight , Emily, was exceptional, anticipating things before we even asked for them, and our food came out very quickly. Their menu is also huge, there’s something for everyone!“

“We visited Jackson's last week. We were introduced to our server, the hostess informed us she was new. Boy, was she fantastic! The food was an A+. We had soup of the day and Salmon, which was cooked perfectly. Our server was Bonnie Lynn and we will ask to be set in her section next time. She never quit smiling.“

“MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

The clam chowder soup is very good as was the wedge salad with shrimp covered in blue cheese. The bar environment was sports oriented so a bit loud & cold.
Bar tender was on her game working tables at the bar level.
Price was moderately high but the food tasted great 👍

“The atmosphere is Queint and relaxing. The hostess was very friendly and Liza our waitress had a warm demeanor and was personable very attentive.
Delicious doesn't even begin to describe the food. We had the bruschetta, French onion soup, side salad, French dip and stuffed hot pepper pasta.
All portions we exactly right (not to big not to small). Each dish tastes home cook and they space our the dishes so you don't feel rushed. I couldn't tell you the last time I enjoyed eating at a restaurant. We will definitely be back again.“

“Not a huge review guy but felt compelled to give props to Matt and his team for executing wing orders on Super Bowl Sunday. I arrived a tad early for my pick up time not knowing what the crowd will be like. I assumed busy but not slammed. Well they were slammed. Matt communicated with everyone in line and while it wasn’t the exact pickup time stated, it was well within a time frame that wasn’t excessive. Hell, it’s super bowl Sunday and you are still in line for the best wings in Pittsburgh. Got the wings, drove home....the wings were cooked perfectly! Great job!“

“Came back to the hotel after exploring the city, and this place was packed because there were a bunch of people staying for multiple conferences. Even though it was so busy we were able to place our orders and get a drink each.

I ordered the meatloaf sandwich with a Cesar salad, both were great! The meatloaf sandwich was very filling and I got full after both halves, the salad was crisp and fresh. The last order was a cookie with ice cream, which I did not have much of, only a taste and it was also very good!“

“*SEMITRUCKS*: Overnight Space available, came with a Load here to deliver, they start about 6am, be aware that they charge LUMPER Fee, they only take cash or com checks or EFS. I had to walk to a gas station to an ATM to get the cash. Besides that, the people that work in this place they are very polite and nice, they offer me coffee, and greet me properly. “I just stopped by this moon twp location after work and immediately wanted to give 5 stars (writing this in the parking lot as we speak) the gentleman who greeted me when I came in and took my order was very kind and helpful, he even took the extra step to go over the different milkshake options with me (which might sound small but the customer service was so nice!!) I hate that i dont remember their names, everyone behind the counter was pleasant and communicating with one another for orders and the gentleman who gave me my order was also super kind! Here is my review in honesty: I know today was a big game day but we came in early to avoid that and potentially have a nice lunch. We told them that it was our first time, we weren’t told we had to scan for the menu until we looked down and saw that. Service was prompt but their customer service attitude was poor. When our food arrived the girl who brought it placed it on the other side of the table to where we had to grab it and place it in front of us. Our waitress seemed drab and seemed like we were wasting her time which isn’t exactly the best when someone is coming there the first time. Now the food itself was great, the decor was lovely put together but they need to work with their staff on being more personable. They weren’t smiling, talkative, they were in their phones, bartenders were complaining loudly. Honestly I felt like I was at a low budget Hooters mixed with the attitude of a Dicks. I would absolutely recommend this place for the food but not for the customer service.“
