“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Huge menu! What an amazing building design and the food is fantastic! I’ve went twice in the past month, trying new items each time. This menu is so big that it is actually hard to choose. Everything is delicious! The service is impeccable especially our last server, Justin. Very polite and prompt! Tables are set when you arrive, bread brought out soon after ordering. Restrooms are accommodating and there is also a family restroom available. Highly recommend!!!“

I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The service from being greeted to the absolutely awesome server we had was excellent! The food had a wow factor rarely found in Pittsburgh. I’m not usually a huge fan of how vegetables are cooked most places and the veggies in my dish just blew things out of the water. You could tell they were fresh and local too. The fish I had was just amazing. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Needless to say I will be back again and again now to experience more culinary delights!“

Went on Saturday morning and it was so impressive we said “We’re coming back tomorrow before we leave!” Only to return Sunday morning and they had standing room only! Sadly my party and I were just going to head back to Indiana, hungry when they called us back in and said”We’re going to make room for you all up top.” They proceeded to prepare another area upstairs to accommodate our party! He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! “First time ever experiencing a twin peaks. Many of my friends and family have raved about other locations so when we saw one on our travels we decided to stop in. Here is my review in honesty: I know today was a big game day but we came in early to avoid that and potentially have a nice lunch. We told them that it was our first time, we weren’t told we had to scan for the menu until we looked down and saw that. Service was prompt but their customer service attitude was poor. When our food arrived the girl who brought it placed it on the other side of the table to where we had to grab it and place it in front of us. Our waitress seemed drab and seemed like we were wasting her time which isn’t exactly the best when someone is coming there the first time. Now the food itself was great, the decor was lovely put together but they need to work with their staff on being more personable. They weren’t smiling, talkative, they were in their phones, bartenders were complaining loudly. Honestly I felt like I was at a low budget Hooters mixed with the attitude of a Dicks. I would absolutely recommend this place for the food but not for the customer service.“

“We go to this Melting Pot at least four times a year. Each time is a wonderful experience. Today, however, we were beyond blown away by the best service we've ever had. Hanna was our server and she truly is exceptional! She made everything perfect! The food is always tasty and plentiful. In addition, Amanda, the manager is phenomenal! I still can't figure out how she remembers us each time we come to dine. This is a testament to her customer service skills and professionalism. Thank you Hanna, Amanda, and the entire team who work behind the scenes ensuring a dining experience second to none. See you in April for my birthday.“
