“W were a harmar location yesterday. We purchased a large pizza and the tray the server put the pizza on was filthy. It even had sauce smeared on it. The pizza was not cooked enough. The server was there but very unfriendly. I asked to be rated in the non bar area because I'm on crutches at this time. We were seat right beside the bar.“

“This is def my fave local subway location. I’m not sure what her name is and I’ll def make sure to get it next time but whoever was your closing employee 4/8/24 has once again done an amazing job. She makes sure the orders are what the customer is looking for exactly and really goes out of her way to do so. She’s such an asset to your team!! She has given me an exact same experience a few months ago when I told her that I had ordered a sandwich from the McKnight Road location and had a really horrible experience. She went out of her way to make sure my sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. And did so again tonight, even though I came in really close to closing. “We haven't been to this location in years. Came in this Sunday and it was busy. (A large group of 6 or 7 adults plus kids before us, and another one after us.) Only one person working. I think his nametag said "Twig" which was unusual, but the food prep area was clean, he was quick and professional and I even saw him change his gloves. When the sub he was making for me got a bit wet he took the time to wrap it again in a new paper which I appreciated. (We were taking the subs hiking.) Totally solid experience from a rockstar and I hope management of the store appreciates what a great employee they've got. We were having a rough day so having a good experience for lunch turned it around. We'll be back.“

“Stopped in for a sandwich to go. The guy that was working was very efficient and my sandwich was perfect! I was happy to see they switched out the old plastic bags for paper ones! That's pretty awesome and a long time coming! It was a great experience and I will definitely be back.One thing was really weird though & I attached a picture of the front door. On the right door the arrows point to the door on the left & on the left window the arrows point to the in the middle of all the arrows. This makes one think that the door on the left is the one to reach for. It's not! The door on the left with all the arrows pointing to it is locked! The door on the right is the open one.Who did these decals? I need them to make this make sense to me because... Why? I mean it's not a reason to not go there but still I'm looking at 4 giant arrows pointing to open this door and that door is locked and it's actually the other door that's unlocked. Ridiculous.“

“I stopped going to Subway a few years ago because of quality was terrible. A couple of years ago I moved and was very close to this location in Westview plaza. I don't know if it is just this location or all subways have stepped up their game but I have never gotten a bad meal at this place!
Everything is fresh and it fills me up. The best part is I order through the app and they always have at least buy one get a second for 50% off and run a buy one get one free promotion very frequently. Currently they are doing the buy one get one free promotion and I have gone there three times in the last 5 days. All three times the food was delicious and did not take long to get. I highly recommend this place.“

“I used to avoid Subway, but they've recently changed things up with different sub choices and better rewards and deals. I'm still not a big fan of their regular subs. Too much bread and not enough meat for a bit too much .money. They've added some some new subs with more meat at an even higher price, but if you use their app, there are des to help with the cost.“

It's worth looking in your mail or inside local magazines for discount coupons that reduce the price by several dollars or by a percentage of the total bill. “I lived just up the road from this subway for the first 10 years of my life, the man behind the counter who I believe is the one you guys now call lucky is the most amazing person I’ve ever met in a subway and quite possibly any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I went in at least twice a week for 6-7 years and every time he knew my order, sometimes even giving double meat or cheese without asking. I don't know if all the subways dropped their daily special on the 12-in sub in favor of a special on a 6-in with a drink and chips. I preferred the 12-in sub with water.“
