“Picked up steak salads after work tonight. Casey and Raven were amazing. Casey took my phone order in a friendly and professional way. Salads were ready when I got there. Plenty of meat (and signature roast potatoes) and staff was great. The place is really convenient for us but that's not why we keep going back. We love the steak salads!“

“My breakfast steak and sub was fantastic. The young lady that made the sub was extremely nice. I don’t know if the Subway there is owned St. Barnabas. But St. Barnabas, you have done an amazing job with Tusca Plaza and a great service to Brighton Twp. because the employees at the whole plaza are the some of the best employees that I ever seen anywhere. “Alivia and Layla served me good the service was excellent. When I walked in their welcoming presence really lifted my mood. They were polite and very well mannered. I would also like to add that the food was very fulfilling I haven’t ate a good sub like that in a while. Me and my little cousin will be coming again. The two women deserve a wealthy raise.“

“This place has always treated me well with service and the taste of the food served. I was able to go in, be treated warmly by the guys working, order, and get my lunch all under 10 minutes. The bread on the sandwich I ordered was fresh and all the ingredients were top notch. And for the price it was worth it. I would much rather have a fresh made sandwich here than go and pay for some over priced garbage at a fast food chain. Definitely worth the visit. I'll be stopping back for lunch again.“

“This has to be the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to, and it’s all because of the outstanding team! Everyone was so kind and so competent. I have celiac disease, and they were very careful and patient to make sure I could safely eat a gluten-free sub.“

“The food is good but at the time we arrived, there was only one person working and quite a few people in line for food. Although she was working as fast as she could, she needed help. That help arrived about 15 minutes after we did. This did help the line move faster.“

“I got hungry for a good deli sandwich while shopping nearby grocery store, u packed up car ordered on app & after arriving & greeted nicely my sandwich was ready fast. The Outlaw was made perfectly just as ordered & was delicious. First visit to this store & will be back again. Love what the did with inside since it once was a gas / service station in the 90's (I worked there at that time).“

“The building is old, both interior and exterior, but this isn't Subway's fault. They could renovate the inside, or at least update it, but the landlord may not permit it. Who knows. The staff has always been good, and the food is handled properly according to food industry standards. Despite the age appearance, the restaurant is not dirty. I've been a patron since I was 16.“

“Whoever the young lady is who worked on 4/7/25 at the Ambridge location at 2:30-3PM deserves some recognition. Her name may have been Dora? Not sure. Anyways, some guy came in and started being nasty towards her over the fact that he thought his cold cut should have more meat on it (for no extra charge). The woman making his sub calmly and professionally explained the menu, the pricing, and what all a cold cut combo would entail, and the guy just starts bullying her and telling her “you’ll be on the news for this… subway used to be great… blah blah…”
Long story short, the customer was 100% in the wrong in this instance and that female worker handled the situation with much more grace and patience than I would’ve. She sure didn’t deserve all that bs, but she handled it phenomenally well. This five-star rating is specifically for her!!“
