“I had the pleasure of visiting the Subway at the base of Marland Heights in Weirton, West Virginia, twice in the past month and had excellent experiences both times. The two young ladies who took care of me, Julianna and Hailey, were delightful. They had bubbly personalities and made me feel right at home. Hailey and Julianna prepared a wonderful Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken Wrap for me with a ton of onions, as I specifically ordered. Both times, the wraps were perfectly made, and the taste was delicious. I would highly recommend this Subway location to family and friends because the employees care about their customers and the product they sell, which is a fantastic product. “The 2 employees that were working together today to make our order are exceptional employees, workers, and both had great people skills while still paying attention to the details of my complicated order. “they have awesome meatball subs but the service was slow the younger man that was suppose to be working there was in walmart talking to walmart employees instead of doing his job there was NO chocolate chip cookies nothing was really stocked he rather of played around! I wanted a whole sub but each half was going to be different one side meatball the other a cold turkey sandwich the younger man never cut it in half to seperate hem so i got mayo an lettuce on my meatball sub an vice versa....“

“Stopped in today and had the Philly steak sub. The food was top notch. Service was courteous and fast. The dining room was inviting and clean. If you haven’t had a sando from these folks, you are missing out.“

“As far as Subways go, this place is a top tier Subway experience. The produce on the line was all fresh and well maintained, with very clean counters. The italian herb and cheese bread had generous amounts of both cheese and herbs baked into the bread. Much more of it than most Subways I have been to (and I am an avid Subway goer). The staff was responsive to special requests, giving me a proper extra toast, whereas at many other Subways it feels like pulling teeth to get a true extra toast. They also have connections with their regulars, one of which was present during my visit. I would happily stop by this Subway again on the way to or from my in-laws.“

“We ate here during new student move-in day. They were super slammed with a very large catering order, but the staff and manager communicated the issues and explained the delay. It wasn’t a bad wait and it helped understanding what they were dealing with. Once the short wait was over, our food was prepared promptly and very well. Order was accurate and sandwiches prepared well. This could have been a negative experience but they made it a positive.“

“I was visiting from out of town and stopped for dinner. They were obviously having an issue with the oven and cookies, but were still taking care of customers. I always take notice of when a manager steps up to help with service and issues instead of just barking orders. This meant there were more than enough employees to continue to keep orders and cashing out moving efficiently. Kudos Subway.“
