“I recently stopped by Subway to pick up an online order for my niece, and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff was. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The manager (I believe) was in the middle of preparing the order, and when I let her know I was there for my niece’s pickup, she kindly reassured me it would be ready shortly.

While waiting, I complimented the store on its new remodel (it looks great!), and even the young man who was on his break joined in the conversation—he was so pleasant and friendly. Before I knew it, the manager had already finished the order and personally brought it out to me in the lobby. We all got caught up chatting, and I didn’t even realize how much time had passed until my niece called asking for her food!

If you’re looking for a place that not only makes delicious sandwiches but also serves them with genuine kindness and a smile, this Subway is the one to visit.“

“this was left on my bag, i suggest whoever runs this location lets door dash know when you close so your employees don’t have to stay longer than they are scheduled. i would not have ordered if i knew it was going to force them to stay. i’m sorry to the employees and i hope this gets fixed. my food was still perfect despite the time.“

“We visited your establishment for the first time last night, I insisted on finding a more gourmet tasting Italian hoagie and oh man did I find it. Your food is amazing BUT I apologize as I did not catch his name, the employee up front basically running your establishment WOW!! What a fabulous individual you have as the face of your business. “Our visit was on 3/14. We were waited on right away, but things started to go sideways from there. First off, the wooden tables are GROSS! The finish is coming off and they’re real sticky, honestly, I didn’t want to even put my elbows on it!

When the food came, they forgot my friends fries, but they fixed it. The food was good, I will say that. Then the check came! My check was wrong, they tried to charge me for a drink that was part of the deal, the manager fixed it. Some excuse about splitting a check that made no sense. Then my friends credit card came back…. In theory! The waitress gave him someone else’s check back along with someone else’s credit card! They had to look around the tables to find his card and then give back whose ever credit card that he had.

Over all, the food was good, the service was not so good, the atmosphere was REALLY LOUD! My ears are still ringing as I write this.“

“I order from here all the time because the sandwiches are delicious! Today, they forgot the mayo and pepper relish on both of our sandwiches so they were very dry and boring. I like to order online to customize my sandwich but what's the point if they skip the ingredients you want to add??“

“We always love visiting Primantis with our toddler - particularly due to the family friendly environment. The food is always solid, and the price is reasonable.

We always have good servers too. Today, it was 6:59 and our server Angela hustled over to the register to put in our happy hour drinks. Just one example of a server going above and beyond.

“At this particular location for being way understaffed, I have to say I'm VERY impressed by the manager running it now. For being the ONLY one literally working, he keeps the place exceptionally clean, tables floors, bathrooms and food prep station as well. And not only that, he greeted us with a smile, welcoming attitude, didn't show how stressed and exhausted he was and gave the best service I've had in a very long time.

“First of all, those cookies were scrum diddly yum yum. My footlong sub was perfectly hand crafted by Karlee who is so incredibly kind and efficient!!! Although the time I spent in the clean and organized restaurant was short, she absolutely brightened my day! Give her a raise.“

“We really liked our subs. Much better than subway. My husband got the cheesesteak and I got one of the italian subs. Both delicious. The person who took our order and made our subs was very nice and friendly. The only negative is that the subs are a little pricey.“

This is by far the cleanest subway I’ve been to, with the best service. No wait times, and early pick up if you order on the app. I highly recommend going here over any other one.“

It kept saying fraud.So I tried three different credit cards.Would not accept them.They were the only store that would answer.Their phoneI tried the one in bethel park on industrial.The girl was very lovely at the.Mcmurray valley book store.She was very helpful.. Unfortunately the amout of meat that SUBWAY puts on there hoagies, just not worth the money anymore...such a shame“

“If Jimmy John’s has a million fans, I’m one of them. If Jimmy John’s has 100 fans, I’m still one of them. If Jimmy John’s has 1 fan, it’s me. If Jimmy John’s has no fans… then I’m dead.

The Vito is hands down the greatest thing on the menu. I’ll defend that sandwich in a court of law if necessary. And can we talk about the new Jimmy Buffalo Chips? Absolutely gorg. I bought a bag thinking I’d save some for later and somehow they vanished before I made it to the parking lot.

Jimmy John’s knows ball. The bread is elite, the sandwiches are elite, the chips are elite, and the Vito deserves its own holiday.

At this point, I would also like to formally submit my application to become the local Jimmy John’s spokesperson. Nobody is working harder for this brand than I am. If Jimmy John’s corporate is reading this, let’s stop pretending we’re strangers. I am clearly your number one fan and am available for ribbon cuttings, sandwich reviews, and Vito-related public appearances.

“My experience was amazing on Sunday afternoon, first of all the food alone is great but the manager was so helpful and pleasant, I think her name is Lexis or Lexi? She has a tattoo on her arm and she helped me and my wife order what was most recommended. We will return to this location since we previously had bad experiences at other one in Mcmurry“

“This was our (my son and I) first time trying the subs at Jersey Mike’s. The staffs are wonderful especially the one that assisted us. He patiently waited to take our order. As a customer, it’s not just the food that you comeback to but also the well mannered staff. The sub the we ordered is amazingly delicious.“
