“Tried once, with the deals and coupons it was an ok price. Typically reasonable Family members had complained about high prices for what you get, but I didn't think it was bad considering the fact it's fast food wings. I may not be as impressed if I paid full board price though? Sauces aren't my exact jam, but ones I had were solid, but nothing memorable. Wife enjoyed them more, which makes sense as we have very different preferences for wings. But it's a win though if she's happy and I can be too.“

“The hired associates were amazingly awesome! I showed them a discount coupon, and they directed me immediately to the menu board, which was appropriate for what was being offered. I didn't have to waste any time looking at the rest of the menus to decide what I was going to eat. Thanx guys! Anyway, I just wanted to comment on the ingredients. I've been to other Subways, but the one in Downtown McKeesport, by far, had the creamiest tasting tuna fish, while the others were drier tasting. This is a challenge to all Subways, make your tuna fish creamier!“
“We love this Subway for the service and fresh ingredients. We live behind Monroeville Mall and pass 2 other Subways to go to the one on Broadway Blvd at Haymaker Village. It has always been worth it for us to take the time to travel there to get a consistently satisfying final product. Our orders have always been as ordered and ready or made quickly! My husband and I applaud the workers there for being courteous and friendly. A much added plus they accept promo codes on the APP and also coupons. “I've been visiting this location for quite a while now, and both the food and the customer service is excellent. A perfect example is that one night I placed an online order for two giant sandwiches, however they were out of a certain item, and did call to tell me about it, which in the end wasn't a big deal, but without even saying a thing, they gave me two free sandwiches the next time I visited in store. Now THAT is great customer service, to go above and beyond what is asked of you. I work in customer service too, but it's little things like this that really go a long way to keeping your customers coming back again in the future.“
