“Tried once, with the deals and coupons it was an ok price. Typically reasonable Family members had complained about high prices for what you get, but I didn't think it was bad considering the fact it's fast food wings. I may not be as impressed if I paid full board price though? Sauces aren't my exact jam, but ones I had were solid, but nothing memorable. Wife enjoyed them more, which makes sense as we have very different preferences for wings. But it's a win though if she's happy and I can be too.“

“Service is always terrible when you get take-out. I ordered a fish sandwich, waited 45 min.before I asked where my order was, I gave them my name when I ordered. Nobody called my name when food was done. It was sitting there for I don't know how long. Asked why nobody told me, wait-staff said it wasn't her fault. Happens all the time when I order to go.While waiting for order I sat at the bar for over 30 minutes, never approached by bar-maid to see if I wanted a drink. Horrible service all around. Might not return, even though I enjoy their food.“
“This is THE sandwich shop. Period. Read amazing reviews from people about this place and decided to give it a shot yesterday afternoon. It was by far the best experience I have had in any restaurant in quite some time. I had ordered their Reuben, and I ordered a Steak Hoagie for a family member of mine. When I say I have been eating Reubens for a very long time, I mean it. This was the BEST Reuben I had EVER eaten. My family member also had stated that that was the BEST Steak Hoagie she had EVER eaten as well. Got the Turbo Fries as well, and they came with an absolutely delicious hot sauce that they make in-house. The owner(?) I think was the one who prepared our food, and after we had started to dig into this amazing food, he then proceeded to come over and ask us what we thought of the food. Man if that ain't the most wholesome thing you could experience while eating at a new place, I don't know what is! The woman who took our order was extremely kind and helpful as we ordered. If I could give this place 10/5 for Food, Atmosphere, and Service I absolutely would. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH. You NEED a sandwich like what they make here. I will be back again, and again, and again.. you get the picture. My favorite place for sandwiches as of yesterday. Thank you to all who make this place as great as it is!“
“We own a masonry business so we are always on the go. Didnt have time to cook so we decided to stop and pick up some hoagies and salad. First time there and it won't be our last! Everything was fresh and delicious! Everyone who works there were so kind. We will be back!“
“It's a classic older family run restaurant. 1980's Pepsi menu boards, cheap prices, family owned, etc. The subs/hoagies are 100% over rated. Now the burgers, pizzas, fries, broccoli bites are worth it. They are priced well and taste pretty good. Have been there a few times to try their menu and can see going back.“
“Last night, after a few hours of running around shopping as a family, the kids wanted McDonald's yet again. Mom and Dad just couldn't stand to stomach another fried fast food meal. So we got the kids what they wanted since they were good and well-behaved, and booked it up the hill from the Waterfront to Jersey Mike's. We arrived about 5 minutes before closing time. Not ideal for an employee that is trying to clean-up the kitchen and store and get home on a Friday night. However the two gentleman working last night on 3/15/24, made sure that we had a delicious Jersey Mike's sub to eat. The young man making the subs could've easily slopped something together for us, but he took the time and care to craft us a quality product that we appreciated and enjoyed. I just wanted to give the two workers a shout out for making our night and truly exemplifying the slogan we see on ads for Jersey Mike's and making it a Sub Above!Thank You!“

“I got turned out on these hoagies. A coworker put me on and then I took the 40 minute ride to go out there to get one, myself, one day. Best hoagies in the Pittsburgh region, hands down. Service is friendly and when your food is done, they bring it to you, even if you order take out and you're just sitting there waiting.“
