“Big portions, home cooked food. We go once every few months and I've never had a meal I didn't like. The French onion soup and the pecan balls are my favorites. Their pizza crust is probably the only thing I avoid; it's not bad, but it's not good.”

“my mama is back in the hospital and I needed a drink everybody was laid back and very kind there before I left I ordered the Italian hoagie it came with fries or onion rings so I chose onion rings and let me tell you those were absolutely delicious and so was the hoagie I haven't had a hoagie like that since I was a kid it was toasted perfectly with lettuce and tomato and everything on it it really made my evening when I got home thank you guys so much for being so kind and sweet there also the onion rings was in a separate container I put my onion rings on my hoagie like this too eat 😂”

“The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.

The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.

People shouldn't have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.”

This store used to have the absolute most ridiculous insane lines and wait times and the most absolutely rude ignorant uncaring staff and I don’t know if it was new management new ownership or what that turned it around but I hope that everybody who works there gets to read this and sees and knows that anybody who comes through is so very grateful for the change and that you guys do an absolutely spectacular job with always having fresh food making the full menu available until late being open as late as you are and still serving each customer with a kind friendly cool attitude and smile right up until close! I really hope that all of you get some kind of decent raise this year because you seriously deserve it and should be rewarded for the great effort that you put in in an industry that seemingly is being filled with more and more barely living warm bodies! “For six years I have been looking for a new favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh since my old favorite one closed. I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The service from being greeted to the absolutely awesome server we had was excellent! The food had a wow factor rarely found in Pittsburgh. I’m not usually a huge fan of how vegetables are cooked most places and the veggies in my dish just blew things out of the water. You could tell they were fresh and local too. The fish I had was just amazing. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Needless to say I will be back again and again now to experience more culinary delights!”

This family not only knows how to make amazing tacos, burritos, etc., but they also know how to feed the soul of a community. From their donation based coffee station to their pay it forward meals to their community meals at the end of the day when they have some extra ingredients, everyone is treated with respect and dignity. If you are craving anything on their menu, you won’t be disappointed. This is a must visit establishment when in the neighborhood.”

“I love the amount of real spices they use in their curries. I can tell that the restaurant has a great quality of food. I am very sensitive to (hot) spices, but I want to enjoy the flavors of Indian food. If I ask for a 0 the spice level feels too hot for me. Last time I came, I asked for them to adjust the spice level to be milder than 0. They were able to reduce the heat in the dish to levels I could handle without reducing the flavor. I have not dined in at this restaurant, but enjoy the ambience of the place. It is clean and the decor is eye catching.”

“This is a special place. Liege waffles are very different than anything I've ever had. They are made from a yeast dough, with caramelized brown sugar inside, smallish, and served warm in a napkin so that you can take it with you while window shopping. Please note: these are not meant to be served with ice cream on top. The ice cream and waffles are both very good by themselves. The owner only serves them together because people ask for that, but I think they ask for it because they think that's how it's meant to be served. (At least, that's what we thought!)”
