The owners are fantastic and the food is still delicious thou business is obviously slower as there was a time you needed a reservation to get in. That said, food is delicious and still unique in many ways and while the prices are steeper for area, groupon offers nice deals which we use.I enjoy the chicken parm while my wife tries different courses but everything we've ordered has been tasty, nice size portions and their hot bread bowl is just tasty as all out.I enjoy giving business to local biz owners who pour their heart n souls into the business and I'd rec everyone to try this place out when virus ends”

“I just moved to the area and I think I have found my go to pizza place. Had the cheddar bbq chicken pizza. Fabulous! I devoured that thing. Breadsticks are great so are the pasta dinners. I will be a repeat customer for sure. It's also very quick delivery but I only live about 2 miles away.”

“This place is AMAZING! My mom and I are in town for a college tour, and many people were walking around with the ice cream so I suggested we give it a try. Immediately the two guys in there were delightful and very helpful and cheery. The atmosphere was so fun the moment we walked in. The flavors were amazing and I almost couldn’t choose between the Thin Mint and the Pittsburgh Pride. I ended up going with the latter. It is like brownie/oreo/cookie chunks and butterscotch. There might be another thing added. My mom got the pear flavor. We are both extremely satisfied with our choices. They did say that the flavors change up pretty often - for example, they’re getting ready for Blackberry Lemonade. But Pittsburgh Pride will always be available. So if you’re looking for a cute little dessert place after dinner, this is the place!”

“A truly unique atmosphere! Had a cigar & whiskey in the cigar lounge which was a really unique (speakeasy) like experience.Dining room was very comfortable. It’s an open concept but it’s not loud. Menus are tablets which can dial in allergies or certain profiles you’re looking for with food, wine, liquors & cigars. You can tell a lot of thought went into the little details. Which is impressive.Dinner- venison loin was cooked perfectly & everything that was on the plate tasted great. Sommelier provided great wine recommendations for courses. Server was outstanding. He shared his families beginnings, starting with his Nana’s exceptional recipes. They use quality ingredients… then they add pure love, respect and consistency in the food that they put forth daily. Great people, great story and great pizza. The dough was light and crispy, a perfect mix so the toppings can shine! Cash only. A definite must if you’re in Verona!”

Beautiful store front with the sweetest ladies- we were welcomed by soooo many (all vegan!) goodies! We got a massive choco chip cookie & cinnamon roll to go! The cookie was massive, still hot from the morning baking, melty, doughy & delicious!The cinnamon roll was legit the BEST I’ve ever had! Mind blown! First off, it was huge. It was super doughy in the inside but perfect flake on the outside. Loaded with melted frosting, cinnamon - it was perfect. I have had a LOT of vegan baked goods in my life time but this place knows what’s up! Vegan or not- come here for the best massive cinnamon rolls of your life.”

“Best areas I've had from a restaurant! Had a Venezuelan roommate in college and have been friends for 20 yrs. Eaten many areas at restaurants and homemade and these were perfect!I got this nice juicy arepa with a wonderfully crispy corn flour shell and could not have been more pleased with it. Excellent blend of ingredients! I got the pabellon with seasoned shredded chicken, plantain, black beans, and quest fresco, smeared both sauces on and got into the messy traditional Venezuelan hand "taco". With some minor effort it didn't completely fall apart, just a few bites of ingredients fell out. That means they didn't skimp on the food but also didn't overload it to bursting. Perfect! Paired it with a classic Venezuelan Malta barley soda. Yum!The decor here is exactly how it should be you guys are doing an awesome job and 4.8 stars right now is Ballin! ROCK ON, Papelon!Don't mind the honey in the photo, I got it down the street from the Squirrel Hill Market. My wife loves the dark buckwheat honey and the kids will be delighted with the honey sticks.”
