I’ll start with the service since I have so much to say about the food. The staff was so friendly & helpful. I got the brisket, pork belly burnt ends, turkey sandwich, cornbread, Brussels sprouts, Twice fried potatoes & a fountain drink. All of that was around $50. Which I think is really really well worth the amount of meat I received. I did not leave the establishment hungry. The Nashville Hot chicken sandwich was really good - the sauce is good on the mac and cheese (which is fairly creamy!), too! Don't sleep on the cornbread or potato salad, either. I got all that for like $25. I'll definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Probably not the best place for picky eaters, though food is clearly labeled/described on their menu.

As a Texan, I know BBQ. Big Rig BBQ is legit.The brisket grilled cheese was amazing. Grilled to perfection, crispy outside, and melty cheesy goodness with tender brisket.The service was outstanding.The location was clean, inviting and had great music playing the entire time.Definitely coming back.
