Owner is such a kind person. Came here after a very long day at work and he gave me a free mango lassi to drink while I waited for the food.Food is absolutely delicious and great por New India Grill is my new favorite spot.
My wife and I ordered dinner. When ordering I asked for vegan options because my wife cannot have dairy. They said that the Aloo Gobi was vegan and I just ordered two.Well, the lady taking orders was very kind and hospitable. She asked the cook if there were other options and took the initiative to call me back and offer other dish in a vegan way (chana masala). We do not have an Indian restaurant where I live. It is my favorite cuisine. I have driven to Monroeville more times than I can count to satisfy my family’s Indian cravings (yes even my 7 year old loves Indian food). I can say without a doubt this is the best I have tried in the Pittsburgh area. The freshness and quality is so amazing. The owner is very personable and service is great. I will go no where else but this place going forward. So happy a decided to stop on a whim!
