Based on six reviews, Charleys Cheesesteaks has very good food and excellent customer service. The workers are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. Many customers praise the incredible customer service, noting that it is always fast and fresh. The cheese steak is very good, and the quality of food is excellent. However, there are some issues. One customer ordered a Buffalo Cheesesteak and the order was wrong multiple times. Another first-time customer felt the value was not so great, as the steak was very limited on the sub roll and the fries were haphazardly thrown into the cup. The biggest complaint is that the restaurant is absolutely freezing. Customers had to keep coats and hats on, and the bathrooms are even colder. People should not have to work in conditions like that. Despite this, the store and bathroom are exceptionally clean, way above average for fast food.
