This place is meh period... so let's start off with the people running it, the service is pretty bad if they have featured items they are always "out" or "no longer available" if it's no longer available why do you have big signs advertising said featured items?The soda fountain is hit or miss many times they either don't put in new soda cartridges or the CO2 machine is messed up..The people working there are stingy with sauces, if I'm buying a order of wings, a chicken tender...read full review
Placed our order at the mic, then pulled to the window where they attempted to confirm a completely different order. After repeating our order we paid, and we're asked to pull forward. After waiting 20 minutes, we got food that was only warm and our order was still incomplete. The entire experience from start to finish was less than pleasant.

Ordered the special. Fresh hot chicken, hot sides. Friendly staff. We sat in a booth next to one of the staff on a break sharing a silent moment, eating the same thing. Great deal. Popeye’s is very consistently excellent food.
