“Food is always great. This is a very busy location and that loses a point for atmosphere for me. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building and people were standing around waiting for food inside. It took a long time for one of 3 not-busy front end workers to offer to help me. Still better than McD's.“

“Every time I come here (drive thru) it’s always exactly what I want. I usually get the spicy chicken wrap meal. The chicken is seasoned pretty decent for fast food. I do wish that the bread came with this specific meal but hey we can’t get everything that we want. Overall, I can’t complain. It’s good food, I get through the line quick and to date my order has never been wrong.“

The seasoning is the best part, I always ask for extra in addition to buying a side of it so I can cover everything in it 🤣 I’ve tried quite a few of their seafood options- shrimp, cod, perch, catfish filet & nuggets- and have never been disappointed by any of them. The pick 2 combo with shrimp and catfish nuggets is my go-to though, best catfish I’ve ever had. The fries are always hot and crispy even when I get them delivered through doordash, and the hush puppies are great too. And you gotta have the funnel cake sticks for dessert! I love Hook 💕🐟🍤“

“This is probably one of the most well kept, managed and consistent branch in Pittsburgh. Food is always consistently good, service is always exceptional and they always get your order correct. Also as a door dasher, they make it really easy for you to get your order and go, even when extremely busy. I commend the management and the owner of this branch.“
