Great crew! Friendly when you walk in and when you leave. The team leader manager should be offered Assistant Gm or Gm.
Just had our first trip to Jersey Mike’s and the gentleman who took our order completely made the experience. We went in 15 minutes before close on a Sunday and the service was above and beyond… not common now a days. Patient when explaining the menu, personable, and certainly not your typical sub shop!!!
The subs we ordered today were made exactly as we ordered them online (we made a few substitutions).
Great subs and friendly and efficient employees.
Thank you.

Jersey Mike's is a highly praised restaurant known for its excellent customer service and delicious food. The staff is attentive and remembers regular customers, providing a personalized experience. The restaurant is family-friendly, with ample parking and a warm atmosphere. Customers appreciate the tasty options, including gluten-free choices, which are both reasonably priced and well-received. The atmosphere is lively, and the staff, like a young man who helped with the lunch meat and made small talk, creates a pleasant experience. While some visitors have encountered outside salespeople that can be distracting, the overall experience remains positive. The friendly and helpful staff, such as a team member named Santino, ensures customers leave satisfied and eager to return. Jersey Mike’s continues to be a favorite for great food, good prices, and welcoming service.
