We stopped in at noon on a Sunday. The place was packed and the electronic orders were flying in. I was so impressed by Madison and the staff because they handled it with ease and a smile. It was a joy to watch. Plus my sub was delicious ?
I've been visiting this location for quite a while now, and both the food and the customer service is excellent. A perfect example is that one night I placed an online order for two giant sandwiches, however they were out of a certain item, and did call to tell me about it, which in the end wasn't a big deal, but without even saying a thing, they gave me two free sandwiches the next time I visited in store. This place went downhill. There used to be a manager there that kept the staff in line, place was spotless and service was fast and efficient. It seems like since he left, the place changed. Not for the good!Also, as with everywhere else, prices went up. I wouldn't mind paying more but not when everything else about this location went down.
