I came in last week and placed my order on the app for dine in. I accidentally pressed the wrong sandwich on the app in my pick 2, but the staff was quick to help me and told me not to worry. They prepared my food correctly after I made a mistake without a second thought. Made the rest of day better! Went back 3 times since my wonderful experience. This place is nasty. It doesn’t look like the tables or booths are ever cleaned. Ordered two sandwiches for my partner and me, and one of them was completely wrong. Ordered a bread bowl and wasn’t told the soup was out of stock until our order was up. Forgot to give us the bear claw we ordered. Should have known immediately to turn around. This Panera is pretty decent, though the staff is sometimes not the best. It’s usually good service half the time you come here. Though when it’s good, it’s really good!
