“Came in at about noon and a sweet lady behind the counter shouted out a hello to me. I said I’d need some time because it had been a while and she helped me decide on what to order. Very helpful. Again, I was amazed at the quantity of fries. Very good burger and excellent service! Things were neat and tidy too. My only disappointment is the fries are a little greasy. But they’re fries.“
“As being a previous manager at BK years ago, this Irwin store was run 100% better than any local one. They were very courteous, Our food was just not thrown together and shoved in a bag. Everything was wrapped neatly, hot, & quality was the best !“
“Only 2 staff members on duty. Had to wait maybe 2 min. They took care of drive thru & counter orders. My sandwich was made in between other orders and these girls never missed a beat. My ham & cheese was great...lots of toppings made for a very hearty sub. Loved it! Ty!“
“Gotta love a McDonald’s with a Big Mac museum. Extra points for having a playground that my 5 year old loved. Only thing that keeps this place from 5 stars was the cleanliness and some of our food items were missing. “We had a large order for a young lady,and young man to make for us..5 foot long subs,and 1 six inch sub..all different types of subs..with different veggies and cheese on each one..Best service I’ve ever had at any subway..I feel bad for not leaving enough of a tip for them..I’ll have to double it the next time.,Thank You,and keep up the good work..“
“This is THE sandwich shop. Period. Read amazing reviews from people about this place and decided to give it a shot yesterday afternoon. It was by far the best experience I have had in any restaurant in quite some time. I had ordered their Reuben, and I ordered a Steak Hoagie for a family member of mine. When I say I have been eating Reubens for a very long time, I mean it. This was the BEST Reuben I had EVER eaten. My family member also had stated that that was the BEST Steak Hoagie she had EVER eaten as well. Got the Turbo Fries as well, and they came with an absolutely delicious hot sauce that they make in-house. The owner(?) I think was the one who prepared our food, and after we had started to dig into this amazing food, he then proceeded to come over and ask us what we thought of the food. Man if that ain't the most wholesome thing you could experience while eating at a new place, I don't know what is! The woman who took our order was extremely kind and helpful as we ordered. If I could give this place 10/5 for Food, Atmosphere, and Service I absolutely would. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH. You NEED a sandwich like what they make here. I will be back again, and again, and again.. you get the picture. My favorite place for sandwiches as of yesterday. Thank you to all who make this place as great as it is!“
“Fresh, hot, bangin, yummy... It's an actual red caboose... Only issue was it's cash only but it's definitely posted before u walk in and I believe inside... No worries though, there's a gas station right up the street.. it charged me $2.95 ugh!Parking: Big gravel lot that surrounds the red caboose!“
“Food was delicious! Got the gyro, and greek fries. They definitely didn't skimp on the gyro meat, it was moist and flavorful. We sat outside on the picnic table, they brought the food out to us, they where super kind. Even checked on us to make sure we where ok. We live kinda far from here about 30 minutes, but will most certainly becoming back! My significant other loves gyros, and she rates it 8/10 for best gyro she has ever eaten. The Taziki sauce is creamy, not watery likes some places. Most of all I could barely eat it all without being stuffed.“
“I've been visiting this location for quite a while now, and both the food and the customer service is excellent. A perfect example is that one night I placed an online order for two giant sandwiches, however they were out of a certain item, and did call to tell me about it, which in the end wasn't a big deal, but without even saying a thing, they gave me two free sandwiches the next time I visited in store. Now THAT is great customer service, to go above and beyond what is asked of you. I work in customer service too, but it's little things like this that really go a long way to keeping your customers coming back again in the future.“
