“I had put an order in on the app yesterday for two chicken cantina tacos and when I got to the window they told me my order wasn't there. I looked on my app and it said order received and your order is ready. We couldn't figure out what the problem was and I know they have to go by their protocol and wait for the order to pop in. Needless to say I was tired of waiting a few minutes and just left. As I turned out of the parking lot and waited at the red light, I saw the manager running from the store to my car and he told me that he had made the tacos and sorry for the inconvenience. This is the definition of going above and beyond and was a great display of customer service. Kudos to the manager and their team for making the customer feel appreciated. Keep up the good work.“

“I just had lunch at this Subway. I talked with I believe Lisa about the bread sometimes and that I enjoy coming here but I hate when the bread crumbles. She was absolutely amazing and wonderful and did everything to make me have a great experience. She is awesome. They people there are awesome. “So I came on a school trip, this was the worst and I mean worst mcdonald's you could go to!! I mean, all mcdonald's suck but this is that kinda times 10. It took forever to get all of our food and left out most of it, but the people there were probably the nicest people ever, the guy was asking us all after we ordered an hour ago if he missed anything, I actully think I met some off the kindest people there. When it comes to food it was normal mcdonald's food, except I got the new Hawaiian fruit punch, it was super good but I shat an enormous amount, I mean it was a lot, I would add a picture but I didn't think about it. This was decent over all, I mean, it was just a random stop on a middle school trip, but please PLEASE PLEASE! Go to Taco Bell instead. Also, please get Ryan Trahan to go here, I love his videos, and it would be cool. Whoever read this, I hope you have an amazing, awesome day. Love you all!!“

“In my excitement for sweet tea and chicken strips yesterday, and getting to sit down back at tables in the store, I left my wristlet on the seat by accident. Luckily, this is Chcik Fil A and they have the best staff and people and someone (Nevada I think) found it and they kept it safe for me until I reached out on Facebook and could pick it up today (from Keith, Key? sorry if I got it wrong). Nothing missing, saved me so much stress and concern. Thank you so much for having excellent, honest, trustworthy people working here ♡“

“So I placed an online order through the app. I went to the drive through at East gate Commons and they told me they did not have my order. Slightly irritated, I drove to Greengate and they tell me the same thing. Beyond frustrated and ready to break down because I had already paid online and had used my rewards for a free sandwich and fry, I didn't have the time to head back to Eastgate Commons yet again. They did Grant my order which I am truly grateful for because I was on the verge of losing my mind. I decided to head inside and request a manager. I explained my situation and they fulfilled my order. I'm truly grateful that Greengate did that for me because I was beyond frustrated. So East gate gets a poor rating obviously while Greengate did everything they could to help me get my order. Perhaps this can be brought up at a team meeting to avoid any future order issues.“

“By far one of the best places to eat in downtown north huntington, this taco bell brings something that no other taco bell has. Personality, this place here is probably going to be a local treasure one day. I'll be glad to say that I went here as a kid, my children will be so jealous.“
