The quality and the amount of meat and cheese that go on these subs has gone down. The staff isn't friendly. I don't expect much in service other than how can I help you and thank you. The only good point is it is reasonably clean.
Best Subway I have been to in a long time. Food was delicious and the lady at the counter was an amazing person. Will definitely be going here more often.

Subway at White Oak is a restaurant that offers a variety of sandwiches, including soggy options. The staff can be unfriendly and unhelpful, leading to a poor dining experience. One worker was particularly snippy to online customers and had a confrontation with another customer. The price may not be worth the effort. However, there was one exceptional worker at the Lincoln Way Plaza location who went above and beyond to provide excellent service, making the experience worthwhile.
