I ordered two strawberry salads at the White oak Wendy's. And I received just lettuce and a piece of fried chicken on top of it no almonds no bacon no cheese and it was supposed to be a grilled chicken breast. I called customer service and I still have not received any response and this was on the 20th of July. I also sent an email to customer service and they still did not respond. Today is August 1st and I called customer care again and still waiting to hear from a manager....read full review

ALL the people that were working at 945PM Tuesday February 27, 2024 are AWESOME EMPLOYEES. If they don't make at least $15/hour then they ALL deserve a raise. Give it to them. They were friendly, smiling, polite, respectful, Hot fresh food (like the chicken nuggets were the freshest I have eaten) and great service. This is NOT the norm in this region. How hard is it to be nice to your costumers. I sat in the drive thru for about five minutes before saying hello. The response I got was “Hold on” with a very bad attitude.? Also on a side note my burger taste freezer burnt.
