I ordered two strawberry salads at the White oak Wendy's. And I received just lettuce and a piece of fried chicken on top of it no almonds no bacon no cheese and it was supposed to be a grilled chicken breast. I called customer service and I still have not received any response and this was on the 20th of July. I also sent an email to customer service and they still did not respond. Today is August 1st and I called customer care again and still waiting to hear from a manager....read full review
They are slow. They tend to mess up orders. But, the food is good
