Sun. 3/24 2:30pmI attempted to take advantage of the final four Dave's single or double promotion that is all over the television.This is my second visit to this location and was told by the manager on duty,on this day, that NO ONE is trained on the use of your app as it applies to this promotion. She kept saying " no one has been trained on the Wendy's app as it applies to the promotion."I mentioned that 3-4 days earlier there was no issue and with the cashier's help I was able to take advantage of the offer.They refused to honor the national promotion and asked me to leave the store!I will NEVER visit this location again.How do you (WENDY'S) as a chain have a nationwide promotion yet your MANAGEMENT and employees insist they have not been trained on executing it!UNACCEPTABLE!

this location has been on the decline for a while now. I approached the drive through at around 6pm this evening to be met with silence. after about 30 seconds I blurted out "hello" to which I got no response. I was in a hurry and had to go without eating. as I drove around the building I saw only one employee. she was sitting at a booth on her phone. very annoying and wont be back.

ALL the people that were working at 945PM Tuesday February 27, 2024 are AWESOME EMPLOYEES. If they don't make at least $15/hour then they ALL deserve a raise. Give it to them. They were friendly, smiling, polite, respectful, Hot fresh food (like the chicken nuggets were the freshest I have eaten) and great service. This is NOT the norm in this region. Most of my fast food experiences around here are awful. But I frequent this location even though I live only 1 mile away from the North Versailles location. Give them ALL a Raise.

How hard is it to be nice to your costumers. I sat in the drive thru for about five minutes before saying hello. The response I got was “Hold on” with a very bad attitude.? Also on a side note my burger taste freezer burnt.

The girl taking the order I told her I wanted a spicy chicken a Burger when I got my order the bill was to low I realized she didn't give me a spicy chicken so I went back to drive thow and said I order it she was very rude and said no you didn't get name was Graci J wouldn't be going back there any ti soon these young girls have no respect for anyone

lobby is never open, do NOT order pickup from this location UNLESS YOU HAVE A CAR! they will refuse you service and pickup even if you have a proof of purchase and already paid. they wont hand it to you outside the door, wont let you pick it up inside, and will ignore you on the drive through intercom if you don't have a car. THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR PHONE CALLS TOO!!!most orders i get from this place are wrong. needs to be shut down, run by managers who don't care and employed only by teenagers who don't care about their job or customers and don't wear hairnets.SHUT THIS WENDY'S DOWN!!
