“We’ve been to the Murrysville location a number of times now and most recently ordered a deluxe sandwich tray. The owner and staff have been so friendly, every time making sure we had what we needed. For our recent catering order, the owner explained the labels, walked me through all the toppings that are included, and why she gave me the mayo and vinegar on the side, etc. Everyone at our party raved about the hoagies from the tray and asked where we got them. The quality of the bread, meats and toppings are all exceptional and very unique - and the variety of hoagies is so extensive it’s hard to believe. My personal favorite is Nonna’s Veggie - it’s eggplant with roasted peppers, broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. I’m so happy to have another great business like this in Murrysville and I wish the owner nothing but success. Give this place a try!“

“This place is consistently super clean, both inside and out, which really stands out. The staff and overall customer service are amazing, and the main person in charge brings such a positive, uplifting energy that makes the whole experience even better. It’s a comfortable, welcoming spot that I’d easily recommend to anyone.
The food is always fresh and delicious, and they’re great about accommodating special requests when ordering.
Overall, a solid 5/5 experience—honestly would give 6 stars if I could! (P.S. please bring back hot boxes!)“

“It a small public area which is not a bad or good thing since just opinion. But facts are good coffees in front of you really nice staff and always feels welcoming. Obviously tastes good. Not subtracting stars do to location. I glad it in the food court area. Easy access.“

“The workers are absolutely amazing, they wernt above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. The restaurant is absolutely freezing. I had to keep my coat and hat on and still felt so cold I ate quickly so my kid and I could leave.
The bathrooms are even colder, it's as though the heat isn't working at all or somebody higher up is being cheap and not turning it on.
People shouldn't have to work in conditions like this, they deserve better.“

“This JJ wasn’t terrible. The counter person was slightly condescending. She didn’t understand that I eat a Jimmy John’s multiple times a week because she felt the need to tell me what comes on the same sandwich that I ordered every time.
My instructions were not followed, and my sandwich did not meet my expectations. Even though they did not meet my expectations, I will go and give them another chance.
You know how distracting it is when you’re on your phone and there are no other customers, and instead of cleaning, maintaining your Restaurant following the one and only order you’ve probably gotten in one hour. You dropped the ball.
Not thrilled with this visit, but I will allow them to redeem themselves on my next visit.“

“First time at the chain. Had the Italian. Jumbo feeds 2 people with one big meal or two medium sized meals. Nothing special but not bad. Soft roll was good. Cold cuts were ok. Staff was helpful and efficient. Nice alternative to burgers. Would buy again.“

“On the evening of Jan 7, 2025 we were hungry travelers coming through Pittsburg on our way home. We headed to chipotle when we saw this little sub station. So happy we stopped here instead! The food was DELICIOUS and the service just as great. The young men greeted us enthusiastically and took good care to make us super tasty subs! The place is clean and fun. We 💯 recommend! The bread is unique but amazing.. soft and chewy on this inside and crispy on the outside- holds all the goodies inside. We could taste every single ingredient - not just a bread sandwich. Good check em out! And thanks to the 3 gentlemen working last night!“

“Almost a hour to get food, others seated after us waited and served. Another table close by also complained of wait time. we were given the excuse that a large party came in ( not true) and large number of take outs (?). Not sure what type of meat tge burger was but was totally tasteless, took home and threw away. Most disappointing meal ever!! Jefferson Hills/Pleasant Hills“

“I live close to this subway and the two women who are working here are awesome. I know I will get consistent and methodically well made sub.Because the store is clean and the workers are friendly and welcoming I recommend this particular location.

“A shout out to Teressa! She makes an awesome sandwich! We've been on a Subway tour recently because they seem to be close to most of the Planet Fitness gyms. We ate at this location again, just because it's affordable and fresh and the veggies 😁 I always finish our orders with oregano, pepper and Parmesan. Usually I can't actually taste that it was added. Teressa's attention to every detail includes the very last sprinkle of flavor. It was the best of the last 2-3 weeks of different locations. The table and floor were clean and tidy and everyone politely did their job.“

“I was in on June 9th, 2022 and was waited on by a lovely woman named Carissa. I was unsure on what to order and she gave great recommendations on what sandwich to order. She suggested the chicken and bacon ranch, which was amazing. I never buy chips or a drink either but she was able to sell me on those too. If she’s not manager yet she needs to be. Stellar service!“

“Had the opportunity to be a part of the day of giving back yesterday. The store was so very busy, the orders didn’t stop but neither did the amazing team there! “We came in with an emergency after a catering order elsewhere totally fell thru and we had 40 family members at home with one hour to eat before the next window of a funeral wake.The owner came through big time and made us ten subs within 10 minutes! Major credit to his calm composure and fantastic customer service!“

“3 separate arguments occurred while we were there on lunch break. One angry customer holding up the line with 1 worker, then the other worker was snippy to an online customer who was picking up. 15 minutes later the worker walked to the car if another customer who had words. Worker cane back in and that customer started to drive away, then pull back in parking space and stormed in. We saw that happen and we threw our food away and rushed out the door. That's my last trip to that location.
Price was also not worth the effort.“
