Today I noticed an additional 2% was added to my bill and marked “donation .” I was never asked if I would like to donate nor was I told where “my” donation was going. I was just automatically charged a Donation fee. I called the store twice to speak to someone about this and twice the phone rang about 7 times then was disconnected. BTW the Primo Italian was delicious. But you shouldn’t be automatically adding “unknown donations” to your customer’s bill. ...read full review

The food was wonderful, they are completely customizable. If you can't eat bread they have wrap and bowl options which are delicous. The service was also great!Vegetarian options: They have a whole list of vegatarian options.

Great Atmosphere, beyond excellent service and fulfilling good, sold me and my first experience and will be adding it to my regular restaurants thank you!Kid-friendliness: Me being there for my first time, they talked me through the menu, customized my hoagie to perfection and was very friendly thank you
