Great place in Peters to eat! Delicious. Recently used this location for a catering order for a work lunch and it worked out perfectly. John the manager was hands down the best. Thanks John! Will use again.

After reading several reviews wanted to try it out personally. The staff was ok. Kinda of got the vibe like I caught them at an off time.... which I get everyone has them. And the mocha was extremely strong with the chocolate to the point of tasting like a hot chocolate and couldn't finish it cuz it was straight cocoa.... however, the place was on point with the displays, the muffins. It all looked good and fresh baked... all and all it was alright and I'm willing to try it again.

Bartram House in McMurray offers a nice atmosphere, is very clean, and has on point displays of baked goods that look delicious and fresh baked. The food quality is consistent with other locations, and pastries like bear claws, danishes, orange scones, chocolate croissant, cake pops, macarons, and cakes are delicious. The French toast is ginormous and has the right consistency. However, some experiences have been mixed. While the staff can be friendly and patient, service has sometimes been slow, with customers waiting forever before being helped. The food has also been inconsistent; one order of eggs Benedict came with cold hollandaise sauce that only tasted like salt, and a mocha was extremely strong with chocolate, tasting like hot chocolate. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Despite these off days, many customers continue to go back due to the excellent service, food, and ambiance, though seating is limited as it is more a cafe than a restaurant.
