Not the same place it was a few years ago. Bakery selection looked old and slim. Menu has gone down. There's not even a garbage can to throw your cups or trash away.

Great place in Peters to eat! Delicious. Recently used this location for a catering order for a work lunch and it worked out perfectly. John the manager was hands down the best. Thanks John! Will use again.

I used to really love this place for pastries. I knew they had breakfast so my husband and I stopped in. The place looked kinda empty. It used to be such a visual display of pastries but there wasn't much to look at. The woman who took our order was new but didn't try to get answers to our questions, she just said "I'm new, I don't know." On top of the poor customer service it was a little dirty in there. I noticed a bunch of crumbs around the cash register, our table was dirty when we sat down, the coffee car area was messy and the bathroom was kind of dingy. The food was just average. My breakfast sandwich came on just white, dry bread. And the turkey sausage was links cut up which you can see fell off of my sandwich. For what they charge, the service is poor, the place is not very cleanly and the food is average. We won't be going back to this location.

Had a delicious Sunday breakfast of eggs, bacon, home fries and a croissant. Eggs were cooked to perfection. Bacon tasted amazing and the home fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside. Had lots to take home. I love that they don't salt the potatoes, so I can add it to my own taste. Atmosphere and new booths are great!

I was pleasantly surprised to find this little bakery near my daughter’s home in Canonsburg. The eggs Benedict are delicious and the potatoes were cooked perfectly. They have all the French pastry staples as well as a delicious chocolatey flourless torte. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
I ordered a nice selection of individual desserts for Christmas. I bought different cheese cake slices and apple strudel that everyone loved. You can't go wrong ordering from Bartram.
Stopped by for a latte and the worker complained that they didn't want to make it... I was about to change my order and get an iced coffee instead, but they rang up the latte and made the drink anyway. When I got the latte it was scorching hot, so I let it cool for my 20 minute drive before taking a sip and it was STILL too hot to drink (and did not taste very good either). I have not tried the food, and the pastries in the case do look really good, but overall the service was bad and the drink wasn't much better.

I visit this particular location once in a while & every time, their staff reminds me why it is not more often. Today I asked a question about an item on the menu and the person behind the register nearly melted down? For the prices they charge for decent, not spectacular food, I am officially out & wont be patronizing this location again.

Came in and order our food. Paid extra for substitutions that weren't there when i returned home. Also food was cold for only a 5 minute ride home. Came back to exchange for a hot meal and my missing items. Cooks must have wanted to be a smart*** because i had a pound of almost unmelted cheese on my cheesteak and bread was rock solid. They never answer their phones. Overall not a good experience
