I am a sucker for a good Italian hoagie, and Primo has the best of the best! I LOVE the Italian Diablo on the non seeded bread. Yes, it's pricey. But the quality and quantity is above the rest! There is like 1 table inside so just get your subs to go. Service is friendly. They always get my subs right. Love Primo and can't wait to go back.

The sandwiches are good, not great but good. Definitely not worth it for the size or price however. Jersey Mikes and Jimmy John's are both better, you get more, and it is now where near what primo charges.

Just avoid this place...the Subway in Waterdam Plaza has better service and can actually get an order correct! The owner, Nick is an arrogant bully!!! The man child who does the slicing is also a bully! If any other restaurant gets your order wrong they remake it...this guy Nick interrogates you and finds a way to make it the customer's fault! The girl in the front calls him on speaker phone where he will proceed to scream and make accusations! I had a previous encounter with a woman who claimed to be a manager...my kid picked up the food and was too scared to go back in and request more mayo so I went in. I was required to give my name and order information before she would give 4 packets of mayo. Never again...too many other good places to grab a bite and be treated with respect!

Today I noticed an additional 2% was added to my bill and marked “donation .” I was never asked if I would like to donate nor was I told where “my” donation was going. I was just automatically charged a Donation fee. I called the store twice to speak to someone about this and twice the phone rang about 7 times then was disconnected. BTW the Primo Italian was delicious. But you shouldn’t be automatically adding “unknown donations” to your customer’s bill. Was this an error?Update: Primo’s response was to complete a contact form which I did …. 2 weeks ago….disappointing they did not respond…but not surprised.
Waited almost an hour for 2 hoagies.. the customer service was not great and we had to wait in the tiny dining area which had no room. The sandwhiches themselves were mediocre, my bread was as hard as a rock and had to put it on a new sandwhich bun. Do better.

The food was wonderful, they are completely customizable. If you can't eat bread they have wrap and bowl options which are delicous. The service was also great!Vegetarian options: They have a whole list of vegatarian options.
