Working in Southpointe this is a staple of my lunch rotation and I have consistently good experiences for lunch.However, please update your website hours. I tried to place an order at 7:34pm and it wouldn’t accept it. I drove past at 7:44pm on my way home and the store was dark and closed up for the night despite being listed as open until 9pm. I’m updating my review. When I first started coming here I had great experiences, but lately it’s been terrible. I come here weekly and always order ahead. My order is always simple, it’s a slim 5 cut in half with chips and ranch. They literally just gave me an uncut slim, nothing else. Second time I ordered 15 mins in advance and when I got there they were just sitting around, talking, it wasn’t even started. I got my Starbucks faster. The ranch is also really terrible?
