Terrible experience. Raw salmon and the mule did not have vodka in it, only razz matazz liquor which is a mixer. Yikes. Bartenders were very nice. Manager argued with me that my drink was correct and I said isn’t there vodka in a mule typically? She said typically. I then said fine, I will pay for my drink and we bounced. Never to return. Bummer.
Would not recommend this restaurant. Service was slow (despite empty restaurant), server more interested in talking to her friends at the bar than coming to our table. Food was brought out slow and was mediocre. Chicken on salad was not warm and lettuce was drowning and soggy, having clearly sat before being brought to table. Asked for sauce for a sandwich then had to go to the bar to interrupt the server who was chatting to ask her again. Would not be waste my time or money again.
Southpointe location: friendly service, good food for the price, and a good amount of sports decor and flat-screen TV's...I hope that location hasn't changed for worse, because recently at the Robinson location, I experienced the following: less friendly service, good food, a good amount of sports decor and flat-screen TV's, a higher check total for using a card, Allegheny County Tax, Liquor Tax, Sales Tax, and a percentage of food costs added to each food item I ordered .
