“We go there a lot service is always excellent but the food has not been that great the last couple times. My egg was cold, I got one slice of toast cut in half with my meal. Hash browns were good. Got a BLT the other day and there were only two pieces of bacon on it. Hopefully they will improve the quality of the food for what you pay for.”

“Going with a 4.8. When we got there I was wondering how they got the 4.6 on Google. We soon found out. The waitress had an amazing personality and was ready to serve. After the order was made we chatted with her for a spell and then with a few customers. Then the food came out. Wife played it safe with chicken strips and crinkle fries. I did the john dandy. It's big. Bread is soft but chewy. Does not fall apart with all the juices. The pork was done well and the cold slaw was a vinegar base. One of the best sandwiches I've had. The chips were sweet potatoes! Homemade and delicious. The chef has a way of bringing them together. We finished with meat and cheese fries. Talk about perfect comfort food. This chef takes pride in his food and it shows.....

*So, so, so slow. I could understand if they were actually really busy, but usually it's a handful of people inside or out and it's still a 20+ min wait for food. The girls working the drive thru are almost always rude, and unfriendly. They cannot even be bothered to greet you properly or speak in complete sentences..."your order?".."size?".."next window". The last time I was there the girl taking my payment moved in dying snail mode when taking and returning my debit card, and literally stared at me with a blank, confused look, mouth open and eyes wide the entire time and didn't speak a word. I cannot figure out what is happening here...”

The bartender was the only girl working front of the house - she served all the tables and a full bar solo and did an amazing job! “10-26-2023. My lovely bride, Betty, and I dined at Undo's in Weirton, West Virginia this evening. Betty had Ravioli and Meatballs, and I had Sausage, Pepper, and Cheese Stromboli. My Stromboli was fantastic. It was served hot with a marinara sauce. The cheese bread was awesome, as was the garlic butter that came with the bread. I noticed another Google reviewer stated that Undo's food was fake. I doubt it. The food was great, some of the best in the area, and the service was awesome. Kayla took excellent care of Betty and me. She made sure our drinks stayed full and checked on us several times. In Myrtle Beach, where we live, there are over 1,500 restaurants to choose from, and we eat at only ten or so. If we had an Undo's down at the beach, it would be included in our favorite Italian places, just like Angelo's is down there. I recommend Kayla and the Weirton Undo's to family and friends.”

“Food was fresh and delicious. They were very busy with only 2 employees, but the 2 employees were working so hard to get all the orders out, and they both were very pleasant and nice. Definitely recommend.

All I remember is I came in the weirton store and she told me that she normally works in the back and it's been 3 or so months that she was in front and it took her a minute to remember where the buttons were. She was the nicest person. Anyways she made the best drink I've had and I am a loyal customer for at least 7 years. Keep up the good work.”
