“We were in the bar area and interacted with a waitress with long dark hair and glasses. While we understand that the restaurant was very busy, we were disappointed by the level of service we received. When we asked about the seating situation, including wait times and table availability, she barely stopped to speak with us and did not provide any helpful information. The interaction felt rushed, and her attitude came across as dismissive. We recognize that busy shifts can be challenging, but a brief conversation and a little courtesy would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the experience left us feeling unwelcome, and we decided to leave rather than stay and wait. This was particularly disappointing because we have always enjoyed the food and have liked visiting your restaurant. We have been loyal customers and have generally had positive experiences in the past. Because of this incident, it will likely be quite some time before we consider returning.“

“We reached out to Angel a week before a business luncheon and asked for her assistance. While they are an Italian restaurant we wanted to make sure we had a mixture of vegetarian and low carb options. Wow! It was so impressive. They had the most gorgeous salad, fresh fruit and vegetables, sandwiches, a ginormous charcuterie spread, buffalo dip, chicken skewers and so much more. The presentation was fabulous too. They obviously take pride in their work and it showed because the set up looked like an artist’s palette of delicious food. I highly recommend Belmonte’s for catering.“
