We were in the bar area and interacted with a waitress with long dark hair and glasses. While we understand that the restaurant was very busy, we were disappointed by the level of service we received. When we asked about the seating situation, including wait times and table availability, she barely stopped to speak with us and did not provide any helpful information. The interaction felt rushed, and her attitude came across as dismissive.

Mario's Restaurant & Lounge offers fantastic Italian food at a reasonable price. While the pasta price is fixed, sauce cost is added unexpectedly. The Eggplant Parmesan Hoagie is excellent, as are the Zucchini Strips and Pizza. The menu also includes Mario's side salad, ravioli, and Limoncello cake. The friendly staff provide speedy and unobtrusive service in a clean environment, making it a hidden gem worth visiting. Many guests consider Mario's one of their favorite places to eat in the valley, appreciating the good food that doesn’t break the bank. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service, especially from waitresses like Hannah, is highly praised. Visitors enjoy the great conversations and laughs shared during their meals. However, the space isn't ideal for large groups, and some find the prices to be high if they want to change menu options, like noodle or sauce types. Additionally, some dishes, such as the chicken Parm, come with a generous slab of cheese that can slide off if not careful.
