Please explain why I had to pay $1.99 for "extra" meat when I wanted to substitute 1 meat for another? Should have made them give me the capicola in the side...

I hate writing this but I feel like I have to share that Jimmy John's in Wexford puts in orders for people who orders in the restaurant before any online orders. 103 p.m. and I didn't get it until 1:25. Well waiting for my sandwich, I saw a sales receipt for another order and they ordered at 1:13 p.m. so I don't know how freaky fast it is.
