I was having trouble using my coupon and the lady at the counter didn't know how to use the app. I was getting frustrated and Manager Rob stepped in and managed the situation perfectly! This is why I have my business meetings at Panera! Thx Rob!! �����

I recently placed a catering order with Ken and his team for a breakfast spread for my work. Everything was packaged neatly and was very well organized! They even went out of their way to separate the Everything Bagels from the rest of the bagels. I typically choose this Panera on purpose because they are always on time and Ken, the catering manager, goes out of his way to be friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend!
